Sunday at 6:30 pm not prepared at all. Wanted at exra crispy family meal; had to settle for original; and made to wait with 4 other cars pulled over for a 20+ minute wait. If I didn’t pay already I would’ve left. So much for a quick fast food, get me home quick, kind of dinner. I could’ve made the chicken myself saved me 20 bucks

I went today through drive thru and was a attended by a lazy tongued person. I did not understand what she said so I asked her to, excuse me and please repeat to what she answered«Do you… Want… Mashed… Potato… And… Coleslaw» as if she was talking to a moron. Needless to say her tone was not friendly at all. This is what happens when the manager or supervisors are not watching their people closely. If there’s any KFC person reading this, please, know that you can’t afford this type of behavior especially when in this location you have a Popeyes across the street! There they treat me better.

Very unpleasant staff member, from the drive thru«non-greeting» to the attitude at the window. I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager, I asked her what the problem was, she said I snatched the bag out of her hand, I said well, you practically threw the bag at me then snatched my debit card out of my hand. She slammed the drive thru window in my face before I could ask her name and walked away. I’ve NEVER had a problem at that location, but I’ve also never seen her before, either. I have never been treated the way I was tonight, Never. I can say I will not return to that KFC. It is very close to my home, but I don’t care, I refuse to be spoken to and treated the way I was tonight. The young, immature manager you’ve chosen has cost you 2 customers.
