If not for the server, Zachary I would have given this restaurant one star. He rocked but the rest of the experience sucked. When we entered, the«hostesses» were engaged in a conversation that was so interesting, it took them a minute to realize we were there. Then one of them proceeded to sit on the hostess stand! In front of our party and a few other guests. Now, the food. Ugh in word. Mediocre at best. My 7yr old daughter who LOVES shrimp, didn’t even finish her food. My husbands food was warm and the clam strips I had tasted old or fried in old oil. I don’t know. It was just bad. We won’t be back here. Zachary if you get a job somewhere else, great! We hope to run into you.

I came out Easter Sunday and we decided to eat @ Red Lobster thinking we’re going to have a nice lobster dinner! After we sat down the waiter tells me they’re all out of live Lobster @red lobster. What!!! how crazy is this!!! Yep! True

Sometimes we like to go in and drink the ridiculously fun drinks this place makes. Last time we were there this was hard because there wasn’t a bartender in sight. The bar was dirty as well as the small tables in the bar area. There were three employees in the host station. I asked them if they knew where the bartender was, they didn’t know. I asked if someone would be around to clean the area so we could sit at one of the empty small tables, they looked at me as if I was speaking a language they did not understand. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry. Places where I’ve worked before would have trained us to clean the table immediately if a customer was asking to sit at an available dirty table and we were not doing anything at the moment. For 3 employees to stand in one area doing nothing when they could have helped their fellow employees is a fault of management and lack of training and teamwork. No more fun drinks at this Red Lobster. Oh, well.

The good: cheesy biscuits with a million calories will automatically find its way to your guts. Many shrimp dishes are good. The bad: other than some signature sea food, most chicken dishes are questionable. Service is a hit or miss. This location service was very good. The ugly: some of the sides are portioned very stingily. More veggies are good for the customer. Longer he lives more he will spend at your establishment.

Not very good at all. I had one of the new four course meals. My main course was shrimp an chicken. It was so overly salted I could barely eat ½ of it. The place was also not crowded and it took forever between dishes. Our waiter although good was not very attentive and we waited for over 10 minutes for two glasses of ice water. I just would cross this off the list and go to another one of the restaurants in the area.

I used to love eating here but it seems like they have snowballed down overnight! The last 3 times I went there the waiters forgot sides, forgot the biscuits, forgot drinks… Just all in all terrible service.

Waiters here are great and keep the cheesy biscuits coming. I always have great service here. Great Red Lobster location and even on busy nights the wait isn’t too long. Waiting area is spacious too!

I like it here. The restaurant is not brand new but it always is kept up nice. No junk on the floor, appears clean, tables all straightened up and just generally looks together and neat. I have never had bad service or food here. There is always friendly management presence. Many times they are the ones seating you. Over the past few years I like that they have added fresh seafood options. I have gotten the New Orleans preparation of the fresh fish selection and it is very tasty. It is a spicy rub on the fish with a buttery sauce with plump, soft, tasty shrimp on top. Very good. This last visit we had the parmesan crusted shrimp and crab dip which was a new appetizer. It was awesome. We also tried their new raw oysters on the half shell. Very fresh and tasty and was a pleasant surprise on the menu. Some of the pricing on the newer options seems a bit steep for the area. $ 17 for my mahi new orleans lunch size portion. I think it was nearly $ 30 if I ordered the dinner portion. I don’t have a problem paying for that since I know what I am getting and to have the fresh fish option is worth it to me. It comes with a salad and unlimited biscuits plus the sides so it is worth it to me. I just wonder if the area can support that kind of pricing. I think they do a great job here with customer service. I will continue to visit.

I had eaten in one Red Lobster in my life until eight years ago. That was in 1980 in Oklahoma City. Even then I knew I was not eating fresh fish. Nearly 30 years later there is still not fresh seafood. We go here on Ash Wednesdays and other meatless days. The more we dine here, the less I like it. Shrimp is a pretty safe bet. Recently I had a stuffed flounder. The fish was okay, the stuffing was bland. Gert has ordered lobster on a number of occasions. Each time the lobster has been overcooked, not to mention overpriced. I would shy away from lobster here.
