The office staff are incredibly unprofessional. I was left on hold for over 20 minutes on two separate occasions, it would have been longer but I hung up. The office called and confirmed my daughter’s appointment and when I called them back 20 minutes later they had canceled it. Rude and nasty on the phone but eventually put her back in. When we arrived for the appointment they had changed the time without notice and left us waiting for well over an hour. After complaining they were suddenly ready to see her. I will pay another dentist out of pocket rather than subject anyone else in my family to this horrible, unprofessional office.

Actually oral work is great… dentist and hygienists are very efficient but the waiting room is hell! Always running an hour behind with 30 screaming Mexican children.
