Island Home Furnishings

I have been a big fan of this store since its inception. The prices are reasonable for the island, which is one great feature. But if the furniture, lamps, pillows and smaller gift items were cheap looking or ugly, who’d want them? Not me!
I’ve purchased some really beautiful things for my island home here over the years, including patio furniture, a dark blue sofa, beautiful needlepoint pillows and a bench that we use as a coffee table. No antiques– this is all new, clean and contemporary in a friendly way. Most of the colors are light pastels. You may find wicker headboards, corner cupboards and small rugs for the hallway.
Centrally located on State Road in Vineyard Haven, this place is worth checking out if you need some new furniture or extra touches for your island home. You may save a few dollars by going off island but then you have to get it back over on the boat, which will be very expensive unless you have your own large moving van and some hefty, masculine biceps. I do not have either, so I stop in here.
