The kid’s swimming classes are a joke. There is no organization, swim instructors show up after class is supposed to start, and the kids just hold onto the edge of the pool for 15 – 30 minutes waiting for the instructor to give instruction or help them learn something.
The swim instructors don’t smile at all or create a welcoming atmosphere for the children to learn. There is also no encouragement or incentive for the kids to learn, so they are most often bored and not motivated (and my kid normally loves swimming and learning new water tricks!).
I don’t know if there is a better place around, but this is definitely not where you want to take your child to learn to swim.

Old equipment & facilities. Building is old and some parts make you think it’s going to fall over.
Pricey but you do get access to a lot and very little foot traffic. TLC is needed but I think its a good complex. Staff is very nice!
