They randomly miss pickup then charge you when you have more than the normal bags. The only reason you have more bags then normal is because they drove right past the previous week. Reception is the rudest person ever. Insists that it is our fault for not having our trash visible enough. Guess the edge of the road isn’t visible enough.

I never write reviews, but this is our second roll-​off dumpster rented from them in 6 months and my husband is gushing about how customer-​service oriented, affordable, and friendly they are. They make it easy to take care of remodeling projects or just doing a big house clean out. Don’t hesitate to call them if you’re in the greater Springfield area.
