I just recently rented a storage unit with AAAA and so far the experience has been great. The unit was perfect for the items I needed to store, it’s in a good location and very clean. The manager, Monica was extremely helpful and professional. Great job AAAA!

So far so good. We were able to view all the units since we were unsure of size. Many discounts were included in our purchase. AAAA was one of the most affordable places we viewed within the are we needed to stay in.

Renting a storage space for my valuables here has been the best experience I’ve had with any facility in the area. MONICA is the only person ill ever rent from and her facility is the cleanest and overall it is the only 4 star facility in va beach that doesnt cost an arm and a leg. A special thank you for your awesome customer service too!!!

Cannot complain on getting full service without evening meeting them the first time. Was traveling from Dallas to VA Beach and needed a storage unit for my extra materials since I was relocating for my job. Manager and front desk clerk were more than helpful. They took care of me over the phone and scanning the material needed for the unit. Happy to do business with them!

My review is currently 4-​stars with a potential to reach 5-​stars only because I’ve had my unit for such a short time (a couple of weeks).
I’m a fan so far. I am active duty military and needed a unit immediately due to a short notice, long deployment. Ruth (staff member) was very helpful and honest. She was patient and expertly recommended different sizes based on my needs and wants. She also explained their military discount, policies and specials. She was a consumate professional.
Here’s the painful truth: their unit rent prices are competitive but their moving and packing materials are a bit expensive. Overall, I had a great initial experience and got just what I needed. The customer service here was better than it was at the Public Storage or the MiniStorage facilities near by.
Need a storage unit and want the down and dirty on recommended sizes and pricing? Stop in and see AAAA. I don’t know what the letters stand for but they are AAAA-​Ok in my book so far.
