I had a good experience here when I needed return line plugs, as I decided to save some money and close my pool myself. Leslie’s did not carry the black rubber stopper kind of plugs– not that they were familiar with what I was describing. I called Acqua Leisure and they knew what I needed and had a variety of sizes. There were two sizes that might fit, I bought two of each size and the gentleman at Aqua Leisure told me to make sure I brought back the two I didn’t use for a refund. He was most helpful in reviewing the steps for pool closing when I discussed what I was doing. Another thing I liked was that he did not try to push products at me.

I will never go back to this store again… for being the only customer in the store you would think the 2 employees (or should I say owner) would be more helpful on a Saturday morning at 9am.
I went in looking for a pool rope with my 2 boys and neither one got up to greet me or ask me what I was looking for…
Finally I had to go to the counter and ask if they had any pool ropes and were very unfriendly. So long story short they didn’t seem to care… and I was also looking for a pool light but didn’t stick around to see if they had one since they couldn’t help me get a simple pool rope.
Check out my review of Leslie Pool Supplies… Much better option!
