The movers showed up 2 hours late and did not communicate to us how late they would be(they told us 20 minutes late), which ruined the whole moving day we had planned. They were nice and polite, but clearly rushed because they didn’t use furniture pads. They dropped one of my dining chairs cracking a chunk of wood off the top and scrapped the side of my bookshelf. After several attempts via email and voice message to contact the company about the broken furniture, the owner finally responded and assured me they would repair or replace the chair. He told me he would forward the pictures to their«fix-it guy» and I would hear from him soon. I never heard from him again — even after months of emails and voicemails. They were cheap(about $ 200 for 2 hours of movers with a truck) but they also charge a fee for using a credit card as payment that is not on the invoice and they don’t tell you about it(which is technically illegal). I reported the business to BBB, but they’re not registered with the BBB, so I just want you to know what you’re getting into should you choose them!
