Everyone I work with swears by Avail, so I decided to give it a try. My atomizer broke, so I had to pick up a new one. The shop was the cleanest and most professional of any vape store I’ve been to. They sold me what I needed, nothing more, and no tactics to get me to add on. Overall, I will be going back! This is my new store.

So all staff very helpful until I need wick cotton sold out apparently I was confused as its required for there business also would not do initial coil build I do my own but with no wick I was even more put off by that health restriction that they can’t build other wise great service kinda poor selection of mods though.

I’ve been to two stores — the Pembroke location and Redmill. The guy I talked to at the Pembroke location seemed«fast talking» and wanted to get me set up for about $ 110. I knew I wanted to make the investment, but I wasn’t sure with him. Few weeks later I went to the Redmill location and it was like night and day in customer service! Jeff(stellar beard, btw) took an hour to walk me through settings, options, flavors, and any random questions I had. Him and his colleagues were genuine and patient with me. Low and behold, I got the same set up the other guy tried to sell me, PLUS3 juices for $ 85. I’m so glad I took the trip to redmill. I’ll be making the drive from Chix’s to Redmill from now on, well worth it! 5 stars to the Redmill guys!

Oh my god. I love this place. I’ve been vaping for about two years now and going to the same place where I moved from. I was nervous about finding a vape store that wasn’t filled with a bunch of bros with trucker hats and famous shirts. Avail was so professional! The manager even replaced my atomizer since it was burnt out and put my new liquid I bought in for me! This is the only place I’ll go in Virginia beach

After living in the Seattle area, and then in Hawaii, I have seen the vape industry grow by leaps and bounds in recent years. When I moved to Virginia Beach, I decided to see what the scene was like. I was incredibly disappointed. They have a lot of catching up to do around here. When I went into Avail, I was impressed by the design, layout, and décor of the store. The sampler wall looked very impressive, although I was a bit surprised to see that it wasn’t very uniform. The samplers were made from all different types of mods, instead of just using one constant so you know the only difference between samples is the flavor of the juice. On top of that, at least half of the mods weren’t working at all, so I was unable to sample those flavors. The employees seemed to know, but didn’t care, because they were all sitting around chit-chatting with their friends. I’ve been vaping for years, but I’ve always used cartomizers or micro-coils. While at Avail, I decided to buy my first RTA. The salesman, who identified himself as the manager, was very friendly and helpful, but when I asked him to teach me how to build my first coil so I could use my RTA, he had another customer come help me, even though he didn’t have anything better to do. Made it seem like he didn’t really know what he was doing. Thank goodness that other guy was in the store to help me. I learned later that they sold me a KayFun Lite clone, even though they didn’t tell me it was a clone. For $ 50, that seemed a bit pricey, so I thought I was getting something authentic. I guess that was my mistake. I should have asked. I made two purchases that day, and I used two different accounts to make those purchases. It just so happened that both of those accounts are accounts that I only use about once every two years. Imagine my surprise that less than 3 months after using both of those accounts at Avail, and never using them anywhere else, both accounts were being racked up with fraudulent charges at every Walmart and Dollar General in Delaware! Someone there must have stolen my account numbers. The same exact thing happened to a co-worker of mine after shopping at Avail less than a month later. Pretty sketchy. I won’t go there again. Even if they didn’t steal my account numbers, I’ve been vaping long enough to know a lot about big national brand names, and they didn’t carry anything that I was looking for. They just had their own brand and a bunch of clones. No thanks.

They make their own juice, which is allegedly made in a US facility under the supervision of an FDA certified Pharmacist. I like them, and they have wall units where you can try virtually every flavor they stock. Friendly, well-informed staff. Military discounts. Loyalty card. Increasing hardware selection. Competitive pricing. Many locations, and they seem to be opening new stores constantly. Great hours.

The wife and I got into vaping while we were on vacation in the OBX. When we got home we wanted to check out a local shop. When we went everyone was very helpful. My wife was interested in an upgrade. She didn’t want anything crazy just a basic setup beyond the ego style. They got her a iTaste vv v3 and she loves it. They were also able to open up the air holes on the tank for a easier pull. I also wanted an upgrade and was looking at the Cool Fire II. They didn’t have one at the shop but called their other shop and I got the last one they had. Their juice selection is awesome and I like the way they set it up. They have them lined up on the wall so you don’t have to wait for someone to setup a tester for you. The only issue I had was that when I bought my Cool Fire II it came with the iclear 30s tank. That part doesn’t bother me but the fact that they don’t carry the replacement parts for gear they sell was a little bit of a bummer. THISISNOT A DEALBREAKER. They did help me locate some at another shop.
