If I could give this place a half a star I would. I’ve called them and left a message with my name and number four times now, with no return phone call. I was given an excuse from salon oh, that they are really busy but they will call you back. Make sure you talk to Casey, well Casey must not check the messages. They had to move in with salon O due to flood damage. I understand shit happens in life. But this is bullshit. I’ve been trying to call and get an appointment for an entire month now, this is absolutely unacceptable and piss poor management. If this is how they do business I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. This is the first time I’ve ever written a bad review, I’ve been to some crappy places but I let it slide. This is unprofessional and terrible business. Don’t go to them or buy their groupon!

Very annoying process to book an appointment. You have to leave a message and then wait to be called back as there is no receptionist. There’s a sign on the door that says the door remains locked in between customers for safety and you have to wait to be let in, unsettling. My massage went well, no complaints with the quality, however, I bought a 90 minute massage and only got 65 minutes on the table. Customers pay attention to these things! Very frustrating.

I purchased a Groupon for a 60-minute massage, facial, and deluxe foot treatment. The gal I spoke to on the phone was very nice. When I arrived, the reception wasn’t great but I think the gal who answered the door is quiet/shy. It’s in a business complex, but I did not think of the word«shady» when I arrived. It’s a business and not a spa. The massage was so-so, it seemed like Jennifer was just going through the moves even though I had specified my problem areas on the liability sheet I filled out beforehand. The facial and foot treatment were done during the massage, which I found a bit odd. I like my massages to be relaxing and undisturbed. With that being said, the facial was fine but the paraffin for the foot treatment was HOT! I, of course, mentioned this and she asked if I wanted it removed, but by then it had cooled off to «tolerable». I was pretty disappointed with my experience, as was my husband who had a 60-minute massage a few days before.

My interaction with this business was one of the worst experiences since having bought a Groupon. I called the establishment several times one day and received no answer but according to their website their business hours are from 10am — 7pm. I went by after work to see if they had an opening or to schedule for the week after and no one was in there, I knocked and I could see through the window clearly-nothing.I waited about 25 minutes to see if someone would come back our come out of one of the rooms-Nothing.I called and left a message to inform and asked that someone would call me back. Later that night someone from Back to Basics called and asked if they could help. They said someone was there but no one can come out while with a client. I asked was it only one person in the office because the door was locked. She said No, there’s 4. I asked her if no one was allowed to answer phones or assist clients. She became upset and said she didn’t like my attitude, my questions or didn’t appreciate my message and told me to cancel my Groupon. As if I was the unprofessional one-are you kidding? I contacted groupon about my trouble. This place is definitely not in a good location for a spa, looks small from what I could see and not kept up that well, but most importantly their business and operation practices do not make any sense. Their level of incompetence astounded me and I would not recommend this business to anyone. I wouldn’t give any stars if that was an option!!!

I went to this place because I got a groupon for it for 60 mins for 30 bucks. I called for an appointment and was helped with kind words and a pleasant atmosphere. When I showed up the place looked really shady in a business complex. It was the morning hours so I went in. The inside was very quiet and had a zen hora going on. All the pleasantries went well and I got a very relaxing massage from an experienced therapist. Over all I would say good place hidden by being new. I gave it 4 stars cause it looked like a police trap waiting to take me in…

I went there because I got a Groupon. It was a little difficult to make an appt because no one answers the phone. Whenever someone would call back, I was not able to answer, so we played phone tag quite bit. This was frustrating as I had a friend that wanted to come too, but she never was able to talk to someone live and she just gave up. I was a little worried when I pulled up just based on the outside of the building. My masseuse, Lori, was really nice and led me to a massage room. I could definitely tell the difference between the ambiance in this place as compare to other places I have been for a massage. It was clean and relaxing though. The massage was good. I could help but to be distracted by the garbage truck that must have been in an alley though. All in all, it was worth the $ 30 I paid on Groupon for a 60 min massage. would I pay regular price? No! As I left, a couple had dropped in to schedule an appt for their Groupon as they weren’t able to get an answer by phone… so they have room for improvement in this area.
