For all the health conscious people out there, before you order, go take a peek at their bathroom. You’ll notice that the bathroom (men’s at the very least) doesn’t have a soap to wash hands with. Not to mention the level of dirtiness of the bathroom itself.

I love Bella Pizza. I’ve sampled pizza, wings, sampler platter, cheese steaks and garlic knots and I have zero complaints. I really love their wings!

First off I mainly review places that I can take my twins to — which can be quite disruptive. This restaurant was amazingly endearing and kind towards my kids who were shouting and playing with their drinks the whole time. No one seemed to mind so it was a very comfortable atmosphere and the pizza was absolutely amazing. The server even helped to button up my son’s raincoat as we left. Very great cheesy pizza!!!

NY at its best… Very friendly staff and great food. Reminds me of those NY style «hole o the wall» pizzerias in the Bronx or Brooklyn. Great service!

Not impressed with this place at all. I have tried it twice now, and both times the food was just «okay». There are tons of other places to eat at that have comparable prices, so next time I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Side note: Female delivery driver looked like she was wearing pajamas and had just crawled out of bed. They could at least have their staff wear a company t-​shirt or something and make sure their hair is neatly kept! Kinda made me nervous as to what the cook that prepared my food looked like. Was he clean? Either way, I won’t take my chances anymore.

Ordered spicy wings, which were spicy (good thing), however, the wings swam in grease. Maybe they should bread the chicken so that the sauce stays on the wings instead of the bottom of the box. They took over an hour for delivery. In fairness, this was a Friday night. Also, they were accurate with my order. I requested extra blue cheese dressing and bottled water (bottled water not offered on menu but clicked on «diet coke» and put «prefer bottled water» in special instructions), and they followed the instructions to the tee. However, they did not include napkins and utensils, which are needed for wings and salad. Delivery lady was very courteous.

Ordered a Stromboli it was really undercooked .
I wanted to give them another chance and ordered again because the parts that were cooked were good. It was cooked but there was either animal or human hair in the Stromboli this time.
There is talk about Bella Pizza taking credit card info from customers and using it.

Frequent customer… I think food is reasonably priced and absolutely delicious!!! Pizza is definitely New York style and wings are mouth watering. Highly recommend this place. Best part of all, the customer service is always great and friendly ;)

Ordered from Bella for the last time tonight there quality and service has been steadily declining but tonight Took over an hour for delivery everything Arrived cold and pizza crust was very soggy this is ridiculous we live two blocks away! Absolutely unacceptable will never order again

My co-​workers and I like to order from here for lunch, so I have no comment on the actual physicality of the establishment because I have not been inside it. I really liked the fried ravioli and the various lunch specials they offer. I think the food is decent quality for the price. The delivery people are also very friendly and kind.
My last experience with them was not a great one. I ordered the Antipasto Salad for delivery and to my surprise, there was a small plastic bread clip (the little square ones that you use to keep a loaf of bread twisted shut) in my salad. I would’ve called but I work in a very busy environment and just tossed the salad.
I’ve ordered other items since then, but I’m still weary. Just some food for thought.

This place was meh. We decided to go based on other reviews mentioning the steak and cheese, but it was a letdown.
The décor leaves a bit to be desired and, yes, as others have mentioned, there is chipped paint and tears in the booths, but I didn’t get the impression that it wasn’t clean. The menu doesn’t have any item descriptions so we had to ask about a few things, no biggie. I ordered the deluxe, which I was told comes with peppers, onions, and mushrooms, and lettuce, tomato, and mayo (asked for no mayo); my husband got the regular, which should have just had steak, onion, and cheese. Both sandwiches came out wrong, mine had mayo but no lettuce or tomato, his had mushrooms plus some kind of seasoning, that we couldn’t quite place, but wasn’t on mine. The girl at the counter had already gone to sit back down and chat with her friend so we didn’t bother to say anything. The bread was really good and perfect for steak and cheese, but I think even if our order had been right, the sandwiches would have been underwhelming at best. We will probably not be back.

We ordered delivery from them at least 3 times. Never once have they gotten our order correct but what we did get tasted fabulous. Takes FOREVER! I would recommend picking up rather than delivery. … especially with their accuracy on orders

Used to go there, but won’t be going back. The inside is dirty with paint peeling off the walls. Spent 22.00 on food that wasn’t worth it. Ordered the chicken parm sub and 6 wings with fries lunch specials. The sub came with a drink, but the wings didn’t. Really? Also ordered 2 slices of pizza with a drink. The pizza was one slice, and she claimed it wasn’t cut once we told her that it was only 1 slice. After the fact, she went into the kitchen and talked about us. We originally told her that the order was to go, but they put the order in dine-​in container instead. Will not be going back. Domino’s is better… and I hate Domino’s.

Came in today with some friends to grab some pizza that was nearby. We arrived before they got pummeled by more customers. Our cashier was nice and cooperative.
The place is is decent sized it definitely occupied a good amount of people. A few tables were sticky but it wasn’t really a big deal.
I ordered only two mushroom pizzas and a drink (I believe it’s one of there specials). The pizzas were okay, I didn’t find anything crazy or special about it. It just tasted plain to me. Just keeping it real for all my viewers.

My husband grew up in New York and LOVES to extol the virtues of rainbow cookies and «real» pizza (something about thin crusts & being made properly). I think we’ve finally found pizza in Tidewater that pleases his finely honed palate. He was a little put off by the hot wings sign (apparently REAL pizza places don’t make hot wings) but they had the «right» ovens so he was willing to give it a try. Happily — he liked it! The crust was just right (New York style thin crust and yummy) and the slices were big enough to fold up & eat (with the grease channeling off the crease). I thought the pizza was tasty but I’m not as picky about thin crust pizza. We got our food to go, so can’t comment on the service but they were nice enough.

This place is probably the best NY Pizza around Virginia Beach. Blows Primo out of the water. Wings and garlic knots were pretty tasty as well. I’ve been looking for a good NY Pizza place since Luca Pizza in Lynnhaven Mall went out of business and Bella just hooked me!

This is the best pizza! I go here sometimes 3 times a week. They cut up my pizza slice into four mini pieces because I have braces! The employees are so sweet and kind! They are the best place ever!!!

I stopped in this place today for a quick bite to eat. It’s right next to Wal-​Mart. Nothing too special. Order two slices of pizza and you get a free drink. There wasn’t anything special about what I was eating. Perhaps it was because I was craving Chinese and the two spots I drove by weren’t open yet. I’d go back but I would try their cheesesteak. My buddy seemed to like his a lot.

My wife and I went to lunch here the other day and I gotta say, it’s not a bad place to stop in for a bite. We were in a bit of a rush so we ordered a couple of slices of cheese pizza and a philly cheese steak to go. My wife liked the cheese pizza, though I thought it was just OK. The philly cheese steak was actually quite good. It was hot and fresh, served with a side of fries. Nice. I would go back again for the philly.
Overall, it’s solid. For pizza, it does the job if you need your fix but it isn’t the best around. But, if you are in the area, stop on in and grab a cheese steak.
