Well my experience at first wasn’t too good. The waiters forgot about us and we had to sit and wait while they all talked. Then when they finally brought our food out they were missing half the order… But I don’t even care about any of that after eating that food. Man was it amazing! The chicken was moist and beans were very flavorful. The amount you get for what you pay is also great, very generous portions! My total was a little over $ 14 for half a rotisserie chicken, rice, beans, and an extra side of avocados, plus a soda. I had plenty leftovers for the next day. Sounds like a great deal to me!

Originally went down to Montego Caribbean restaurant for some beef patties. They told me they ran out. Took my business to Bilu’s and they made me FRESH beef empanadas! They were very welcoming! I will be returning!

Everything about this restaurant is amazing!!! The greeting in Spanish by real Columbians, the food, the Columbian sodas, etc… I had the rotisserie chicken and it was beyond any possible expectations. I never had chicken that taste like this before. Moist, tender, flavors are unbelievable… Everything was just perfect! And I got Columbian soda to go! Definitely will be coming back when in town!

This place is so good!!! I got the papaya juice with milk, which was amazing. I ordered a typical plate which had carne asada, tostones, arepa, frijoles, rice, pork cracklings, sausage, egg, and avocado. It was huge!!! But all of it was incredible! Highly recommend this place for their authenticity and deliciousness!

So you wanted a big pile of tasty meat? Look no further than the first entre on the list at Bilu’s, an unapologetically grand Colombian experience! I felt like I could’ve benefited from speaking Spanish to get the full effect. I ordered this amazing sampler(sorry I can’t recall the name, I would personally call it, «The Kitchen Sink») that had steak, chicken, chorizo, onions, avocado, plantains, a plain rice cake of some sort, rice and beans! Seriously, it’s like everything they make on one plate(you can see it in the picture). This was a portion size fit for the nutty professor; I left with plenty for the next day. Let’s break it down. I love love loved the Chicken, it was the rockstar here. The steak was fair, but I was expecting a little more punch. Chorizo and plantains were great. I don’t feel the little white cake added anything. Rice and beans were spot on. Ultimately, this was a culinary journey that I enjoyed taking. I wrapped up with their rice pudding that was more«liquidy» than many might be used to. That said, I really liked it. It was served chilly cold and I found myself taking sips from the glass! My server was pleasant, and attentive. There are TV’s throughout and they clearly love their Football. The art was simple, but again felt authentic. It’s definitely worth a visit. Try the chicken!

The Rotisserie chicken is amazing! Hands down the best in this area. It feeds3 people with 3-sides, try the frijoles they are to die for. The staff is friendly and it is very clean. It has a full service bar and Wonderful bakery. We shall return and we hope you try it as well.

Delicious! Authentic Colombian food and friendly service. Our favorite is the Fritanga Para Dos but everything from the empanadas to the tres leche have been very good. Be hungry when you go or you’ll be carrying leftovers home!

My husband and I visited for dinner, we been to El desorden across the street, which is great. But wanted try Bilus As soon as we got there, we where seated. The waitress brought the menu and drinks, then., waited and waited for her to take my order, another person came(I guess the owner sister) second waitress, she took our order, brought our food. Our primary waitress never came back. After a while of needing a refill finally the second waitress came by and I asked for refills, 5 min later she’s too busy talking with all the guys at the bar, no drinks! Almost 10 min I got up to the bar with my glass and my husband, I was totally ignore by her, till a young man(Kennet) asked if I needed help, finally got my drinks! Than the primary waitress finally checks on us(now that I need nothing) I asked for bill(second waitress) again she forgot! Talking to the guys at the bar! Again! Kennet to our help! Asked her to give us the bill., anyways, the service ridicules! I did not enjoyed my food because of the terrible service, even tho it was good. That’s the only reason I am even giving 2 stars. Def will keep going to El Desorden instead. But thank you Kennet for actually caring about your customers.

This my third time coming and the first two time were good. Couldn’t complain about anything but this time and always took home food because the platter I always order was huge. But this time I actually order the bigger one that had steak, chicken, and pork. Well they have such a small two tiny thin pieces of steak, the tiniest pork chop I have ever seen in my entire life; I can literally say it was like a centimeter thin and thicken was ok but obviously they gave a part where it didn’t have much meat. And the steak and pork where a bit dry. The most disappointing was that I though I was taking home some food since I always order the other platter that has less meat and I took home not one thing!!! I can terribly say I’m not coming back after that. I paid more and I got less!!!

So I remembered when they opened longtime ago, and I decided not to come back again cause of customer service lacking professionalism and the like. It hasn’t changed much. But it’s unquestionable that the quality of the food is outstanding thus I think is the reason they have such a big customer base.

Real Columbian food, beverages, and vibe. This place is heaven to your Columbian tastebuds! It’s spacious, and priced well. The menu is simple to understand, the juice options are phenomenal and very expanded. The price is fair, you don’t have to break your pockets to eat well! Chicarones, and carne asada were good!

Amazing food. I have never had a bad meal here and I eat here several times a week when in town. The food is just amazing, simple, and fresh. The owners really put the elbow work in here to make it a great place. This is not knock off Mexican slop, so don’t expect chips and salsa.

My wife is Colombian and I am classic white guy! The food is amazing. Fresh bakery items and the smell of the charcoal smoker smoking the meat is awesome. Plus the real Deal coffee and great breakfast too. Very good prices! I’d recommend everything!

My first time having Columbian Cuisine. And it was fantastic. I love meat and I ordered the bilu bandeja it was so good so much meat. But first we started with the beef empanadas!!! That was when I knew it was going to be a good meal. I would go back just for those. But my bandeja was delisiosos. I was impressed. I love plantains, avocado rice and beans already. The chicharrones yum, steak yum, pork yum, chicken yum!!! I couldn’t ask for a better meal. Maybe if they had their pan de bono at the restaurant and not just at the bakery!!! Yes they have a bakery too!!! It’s further down on Newtown rd next to el Desorden. Get some pan de bono… it is life changing in a roll. The tres leche cake is good too but they have that at the restaurant. I will be back! It was too good not to. Language gap or not, good food is good food.
