Regarding Verizon Wireless coverage, you can’t go wrong if you regularly travel up & down the Eastern Seaboard, including the sometimes desolate Eastern Shore/​Delmarva. I have never hit a dead spot. The only signal issue I have ever had, over many years, is a remote area in Mississippi.

i will be switching to another service asap. Went in to get a free upgrade on my phone. Guy told me i was only going to pay taxes since this is a free upgrade. Then said hey look you on our «loyalty“plan and you get a free tablet. I asked several times if i would pay anything for the tablet and was told no. It’s basically a gift for being a loyal customer. Hahaha they got me. Tablet is not free. In fact it will be over 200 dollars when all said and done. And guess what my free upgrade for my phone isn’t free either. It’s 20 bucks a month until my phone is paid off. He signed me up for the edge program without my knowledge so that is how my phone was only a small amount just taxes when i got it. Not because it was a free upgrade like they said. Bottom line i was lied to several times by several people. It’s obvious that Verizon only cares about numbers and sales and will get them any way possible. i now have a huge phone bill and only can rode it out until my term is up or pay a huge cancelation fee. Crooked crooks. I’m leaving Verizon

Excellent help, advice and service was given when my wife and I were there to upgrade her phone. When it came time to upgrade mine, I returned there and was greeted upon entering the door and helped immediately. Highly recommended for all who don’t like to have to wait at the full service Verizon stores. Thank you Amanda!
