Closet Factory just installed a Murphy bed into a newly purchased vacation condo for us, and we couldn’t be more pleased! Jacinta was very helpful in advising which product we should go with and Juan was wonderful for the installation. He was prompt and extremely courteous, a relief given the sensitivities we have to not disturbing our new neighbors with construction noise.
All in all, the product gave us exactly what we were looking for (the ability to maximize space in a cozy condo by easily converting living space into a bedroom with the pull of a handle) and was done so seamlessly with the aid and expertise of the folks at Closet Factory! Would definitely recommend them.
