I’ve been shopping at commonwealth since about 2006 when it was in its Norfolk location. It was at the time the primer place to go for underground and contemporary clothing. Its 2013 and i’m still a loyal shopper to this place. The location has changed to lynnhaven mall. which might turn off some of the«streetwear purist» but its healthy to have this store around than to not have a shop at all. The staff has been very friendly to me. They have always asked me if i needed a size or if i needed anything. The owner was very helpful and even gave me info on upcoming projects. although on some days they can be a little to laid back, which doesn’t bother me but it might bother some parents etc. While other boutiques in the area(which i wont name on this review) focuses straight on trendy brands and fads, cmon brings in brands that they like and not whats hyped up and they also make their own clothing and accessories. They also hold local events and try to bring some light into this mostly suburban area recommended.
