During a renovation project at our office, it was discovered that we had a mold problem. The contractor had one of the big service companies come out and scare everyone with how bad of a problem that we had, not to mention the $ 30−40k price tag, which scared me. I had two companies, one of which was ERS, for quotes (both of which were much less than the «big» company). I went with ERS for under $ 3,000. Aaron did not recommend we do any more than we needed. and said that we did not need remediation in all of the offices. Upon acceptance of the bid, a time was scheduled, the crew showed up on time, and got the job done in a timely manor.

I hired ERS for several mold issues and I have to say these guys were awesome. From the initial call to the final clean up, professional and flawless. You could immediately tell the difference in the quality of the air, which was tested by ERS upon completion. They will be my first call if I need them again.
