Employees I have dealt with from Express Valet are very courteous and professional. I have valeted at multiple restaurants around Hampton Roads and service has been consistent at every location they provide service. Each time I have had an interaction with them, I have been greeted warmly. They RUN to get your car and actually open car doors. Keep up the great work!

They were servicing a wedding reception at the Half Moone in Norfolk and I’ll never forget them.
I left my wedding gift in the car and thought I would never be able to retrieve it in time because I had been one of the first cars they parked. Well, I went downstairs to try and get my car and instead, they offered to bring my gift upstairs to the reception when they got a chance. (It was getting really busy.) I kinda took that for whatever. How will they remember to do all this? But they did.
Halfway through the reception, I checked the table and there was my gift to the couple. I couldn’t have been more grateful and impressed.
