I walked into footlocker, everybody looked at me like I was idiotic. I had to approach them to get assistance, as they were heavily involved with a petty conversation & asked if they had a certain shoe in stock. The guy helping me was super helpful, but I couldn’t help but to notice the strong stench of pot coming from one of the workers. The guy helped me order the shoes, told me they’d be here by Friday at 1200AT. THE. LATEST. As I needed them by Monday. So, I went ahead & proceeded with my order. He told me I could call in to the store to find out when they were going to be there. I called on Friday, & the lady was complete garbage. She told me «I don’t know if your shoes came in, they’ll send you an email.» I informed her they didn’t take my email address, & I was told to call into the store she replied with«Yep, I don’t know if they’re here…» Awful customer service. I couldn’t believe it. I called maybe 7 times through out the day to try to get ahold of somebody.

Three star for product and chain store but the good service and knowledgeable associate earns this outlet another star. Obviously high priced, name brand materials. The advantage is a wide range of popular styles to choose from for teens in particular. My teen says this branch has a better inventory than even the one at Lynnhaven Mall. You can fight the cost by being a choosy shopper and scrounging for coupons. You should also join their version of a rewards club to earn some healthy discounts. And if you are military, you can get a discount on everything on top of any other coupons and discounts already applied.
