GoWireless Verizon Premium Retailer

Following a weird occurrence at an actual Verizon Wireless location, a friend and I entered the Go Wireless store on Virginia Beach Blvd. Go Wireless is an authorized Verizon dealer. Fortunately, although our visit to the Verizon store was weird, the information had already been entered into the Verizon system. This made out process very easy. We once again compared two different phones and my friend decided which one she really wanted.
The guy who worked there was laidback and easy going. He made the purchase simple and explained everything to my friend. He then downloaded the latest version of Android for the phone and transferred all of my friend’s contacts and pictures over to the new phone for her. As we waited we chatted about phones, technology, movies, and overall had a pretty decent time. I definitely recommend this place if for nothing more than the superb customer service.
Oh and also they had a great selection of extras – charging cords, cases, accessories, etc. This is no big deal in and of itself, but the way they had them set out was pretty helpful. They were located right under each phone displayed, which made it easy to figure out what went with what.
