Hardee’s

I come to this location often, usually to grab a breakfast sandwich for my son prior to swim practice. Previous visits have been on par, nothing special but a solid 3.
I am downgrading after tonight’s drive thru service. I requested a Little Thick Burger and they said they were out… hu? The microphone cut in an out and order put in for a larger burger combo with lemondade.
Woman who took order takes my card and hands me drink which turns out to be Sprite. I mentioned to the woman this is around a $ 2 increase over other burger. She shrugged and said truck comes in tomorrow
Another employee switched out the drink without getting a fresh cup, not a big deal but I bet it is against their policy.
There was no wait in the drive thru and few cars in the parking lot. So when the order took around 10 minutes it was a little surprising. My son double checked his burger and it was made correctly. However we pulled out and was half way home and realized no fries. My son had too much homework to return and I looked for receipt in the bag… none!
I immediately began to call to arrange the meal being taken care of on next visit. The line was busy and continued to be busy for hours. I checked another source and had confirmed number as correct. So tomorrow I will be in there to report and we will see if they remain at a two stars, or drop further.
I will not plan on an upgrade until I see a pattern of service that warrants it. The burger tasted good per my son and the special order was correct. Those two things alone is a worth 2 stars even with the foul up.
I rarely do fast food for myself, but am often forced to with kids that need to eat on the run due to their activities. There is one chain I almost flat out won’t go to anymore. While Hardee’s as been average, to above on this service they really let me down.

Food and service are both always on point. Had to give it a break today. The girls taking orders is asking the manager for change and scratching (digging in) her rear. I’m not in the mood for someone else’s gravy today.

I have eaten breakfast here enough to be able to say its consistent in what it is. The biscuits and gravy are OK but the bacon on the breakfast platter is so thin and crispy it crumbles into nothing at first bite. The eggs are not good. Its fast food, you get what you pay for.

Great food, never had a problem with my order. The workers do a good job, better than other Hardee’s for sure.

Their sausage gravy is a pretty good. Not as good as my sister’s who lives 3,000 miles away but it is a nice substitute. :)

I have been here three times now and find this place is a solid 3 star rating. The restaurant is primarily, at least in my opinion, a breakfast restaurant. It’s clean and you get waited on pretty fast but the people who work there don’t seem very friendly. Not rude per se but I was not welcomed there either. The food is pretty unhealthy food but enjoyable and delicious, if you don’t mind the cholesterol it brings. Honestly it’s time Hardees got with the program and put some healthier options on the menu for people who are trying to watch their weight and cholesterol.

I swear these people have to know me by now. I go here almost every day while at work for their Turkey Burger. I usually don’t eat Turkey Burgers but this one just happens to be fantastic… plus it’s only like 400 calories. There’s a woman at the window that I always enjoy hearing from because every time I say «thank you!» she responds with «my pleasure». You don’t really hear that anymore. I like you, Hardees.

I am a fan of Hardee’s breakfast. I really love the breakfast. I recently started to enjoy the thickburger as well. This location is good. It’s not above in customer service but the staff was pleasant and I have always had a good experience at this location.
