Absolutely disgusting hotel. Walls are concrete and I felt like I was in jail. There was a coffee pot but no coffee. First room we got the bathroom door didn’t even shut so we had to switch. I accidentally lost a room key and they wanted to charge me $ 10 for one. They are VERY anal about you checking out on time or they will charge you more. There was a giant hole in one of the doors in my room. Elevator is old and slow and I wouldn’t be surprised if it broke down any day now. Just a very disgusting hotel. Also, we called the office around 10 expecting to ask someone why in the work they had a coffee pot and no coffee but there wasn’t even anyone working at that time. Maybe cause it’s off season but everyone in the office leaves after a certain time so if you needed anything like a room key then you’re s.o.o.l! Save your money even if it isn’t a lot and stay somewhere else!!!

Inexpensive hotel during the«off» months. The room honestly isn’t bad at all… it is equipped with an ironing board, iron, microwave, flat screen tv… the floor tiles in the bathroom area look like they’ve been recently re-done. It’s close to the beach and Waterman’s. Both experiences here have been much cleaner compared to some of the other hotels at the oceanfront.

It’s 100% smoke free hotel but when we entered our room, it smelled like cigarette and/or moist. We arrived with 2 cars and they gave us such difficult time because they only allow 1 car per room. They suggested we pay for a parking garage for the 2 nights we stayed. Agh so frustrating. I would never book with them again.

8 of us got two rooms booked. The elevator is slow, and small. The rooms looked decent, but, one of the rooms we stayed the bathtub was overflowed with dirt. At first I thought it was my brother who washed his feet. I complained about it 2 hours later because I thought it wasn’t that serious. The maintenance checked it and they said the waste from the toilet overflowed in bathtub. Seriously? Ew. The maintenance couldn’t fix it. It took them 4 hours & when we were trying to request for another room, the front desk said they’re gonna fix it and clean it. We told them, there’s no way we would want to step in that bathtub. The frontdesk was rude and inconsiderate. They didn’t want to give us a new room, and they even threaten to call the cops. Do yourself a favor and do not stay in this hotel. It is not even ocean view. The wifi barely works.

Pleasantly surprised :) Based on other websites like trip advisor, I was a little bit worried about what our stay would be like, but no complaints here! The rooms are semi-renovated: clean sheets, fluffy pillows, new bathroom flooring, and an HD tv. The furniture and fixtures were older, but definitely still usable. The tub/shower could have been updated, but at least it had the expanded shower curtain. Parking lot was a bit tight and the pool only went up to 5 ft, but the oceanfront and boardwalk were only steps away… This was also nice because there was a variety of different places to eat to choose from since they didn’t offer room service. The cleaning crew were helpful and even arranged my nephews’ stuffed animals on the bed each morning! The continental breakfast includes juice/coffee, muffins, toast, bagels, and cereal. Unless you got there really early, the bagels weren’t replenished. There is a microwave and fridge in each room, so bring additional breakfast foods if you needed something more substantial. There is also a café right next door that served mimosas and bloody marys! For the price, I would definitely come back and recommend others to stay here as well if you don’t need all the extra fluff!
