LA Auto Star

A few months back I was shopping for a new car. My Acura had just blewa transmission and my family and I needed a second vehicle. After speaking with multiple dealerships from Hampton to Norfolk I felt like I was getting the run around. Most places saw that I was military and assumed I was a sucker for the car next door per se. After multiple failed test drives and hours wasted, I decided to look on Craigslist. That is when I found LA Auto Star. It was quite the drive but worth every bit of it. I went in a customer and I left feeling like I had just left my grandmothers house after thanksgiving dinner. I test drove two vehicles but we really liked the 2009 Toyota Venza. They even let me drive it home so I could let the Mrs. take her for a spin. The Venza drove smoothly, it was roomy and comfortable which is what we were looking for. The car seat fit perfect and i felt like It didn’t give the feel of the soccer dad theme, lol. Anyways, back to their staff. If it wasn’t for Marina, Vitali, and Gilbert I would probably be riding around in an overpriced jalopy that was just waiting for a new transmission. They got me a great deal, an extended warranty, and peace of mind. It’s nice to know that there is a dealership that is willing to go above and beyond for their customers. The cool thing about it is after you get the keys, you ring the bell which is a LA Auto Star tradition. I look forward to doing business with them in the future when it’s time for my growing family to purchase our next vehicle. Thank you LA Auto Star, you really do live by the reputation that you’re not just a customer… You’re family!

Just bought my Nissan Versa from LA Auto Star, the car is almost like brand new and at a great price! The staff is some of the nicest most down to earth people you will ever meet. I can’t recommend them enough! JUST DO IT
