If their food’s anything like their customer service, I’d rather starve. First, I tried to explain the purpose of my call but got cut off when the woman rudely rushed me off the phone by asking if I could speak to someone else, of which I replied with an equally dumb response«sure, I guess I can…»(I am capable of speaking, yes indeed.). So, I get on the phone with this 2nd woman but after a few sentences she hung up on me! When I called back I got tossed around again without knowing it. She asked for my name and phone number, half way through my number, I got passed to the other woman again! I tried to explain three different times the reason for my call but no one wanted to exercise their elementary school listening skills… The final straw, I got put on hold. I hung up. My company will need multiple catered events in the next two months but it won’t come from this company. Maybe they’re just having the case of the Mondays. 2 stars for it being Monday.
