Mattress Firm

I’ve had two experiences with the sleepy’s brand and both were horrible. This location by far is the worst!
My husband and I walk up to the sleepy’s by the lynnhaven mall and notice a sign that said «on break be back_​_​» I can’t remember the specific time. Well it’s 5 minutes till so we wait and then the time passes and we notice a man sitting on a chair just lounging. Clearly he knew we were there because we made eye contact but he still refused to open the door.
I have no idea what this man’s intentions were. It was past the time the sign said they will be back and the store clearly wasn’t closing anytime soon. At least go in the back room or something if you’re on break!
If I were in a customer service based business like that you better believe I’ll open up to help out customers.

Just when I thought customer service was a lost art, I walked into this Sleepy’s and the salesman Greg proved me wrong. Greg took his time to observe our posture as we tested mattress to make sure we found the one that was right for our body shapes. After just lying on two mattresses he directed us to the perfect mattress (beauty rest luxury plush)! We tried a couple of others, but he was right about the one that we would both find most comfortable. When I told him that I was also in love with the pillow we tested the mattress with, he said he would include them in the sale at no charge! We bought the mattress set and had it delivered. The guys that delivered were fantastic as well; they delivered and took away the old mattress in less than 10 minuets! I have never felt better after a weekend of sleeping in the new mattress. When I woke up this morning I was so well rested that I felt as though I could accomplish anything. I would highly recommend checking them out.
