I came there for an upper lip wax The lady that waxed me completely burned my Lip leaving marks that lasted for more than a week, when I came to complain they were rude, insulting and acted like I was to blame!
To top that the manager told me I should’ve put make up on it Could you be more rude???
Don’t go there!!! don’t spend your money!!! go ANYWHERE else!!! stay away!!! Very unprofessional!!!

I’ve been going here for years. They do a wonderful job. My nails always look great. They are very well staffed, and I’ve never had to wait that long to get worked on.

I got a French tip shellac manicure on Sunday. It started to chip by Thursday. I also got a pedicure. Worst massage of my life. The lady that took care of me was friendly but also seemed very lazy. I decided to try the place based off of the reviews but I was not pleased and will not be returning.

Okay I rarely come across a nail salon that I can say can handle the rough rugged things I walk with called FEET. John is the man and from what I could see while there, many people love this place. It’s hidden next to BJs. Hands down the best pedi I’ve had in years.

Great Service I had Cici she was very friendly she did everything i asked for. i had the deluxe package its pricey but worth it. She gave me an Arm & Hand Massage along with my legs and feet i was literally falling asleep with the massage chair too. I will definately come back.

BEST place I hav found hands down! I came in w/​a friend and they got us right in w/​o an appointment for medi&pedi. This may have ended up being the worthiest service I have ever had. The nail polish itself was still looking good after 2 weeks and had min chipping after 3 weeks… I was so amazed! Not to mention it only cost $ 33! Wonderful people, prices and a buzz yes please… won’t go anywhere else! Btw thanks Jenny’s great job:-)

Best pedicure in Hampton Roads. Ask for Niurka she is the absolute best. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Takes her time and takes pride in her work. I have never been disappointed.
