OutFox MMA

OutFox MMA is one of the best schools you’ll ever come across to take martial arts classes. Not just in Virginia Beach, but anywhere in the world today.
It’s just one of those rare programs that know how to teach/​coach people extremely well. Because of this, they bring out the best in their students. If need proof just look up how well their fighters do in all the major events.
In my travels I’ve been all over the place, and seen a whole bunch (40+) of MMA gyms, I assure you this place would be in my top 3 of all time.
If you really care about your martial arts training (i hope you do) and want the best, then you need to contact these guys. Best of the best IMO.

I moved to the area a little over a year ago and was looking for a place to do martial arts that fit into my schedule — and I found this place. I’ve been training here for over 6 months now and have seen this place grow in size… and it just keeps getting better.
There are a lot of classes to fit into anyone’s busy work schedule and there’s a diverse group of people who train here … its a family environment with people of many ages, and there are a lot of females here too! Kru Jose and the other coaches are amazing teachers. I’ve also made a lot of good friends through this gym. We all push each other to get better, no matter if its Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu or MMA.
If you’re looking for a place to get a great work out, to learn martial arts and to have a lot of fun, this is the place to be!
