My family members have come here for a while with no complaint. I needed a appointment urgently and waited months. At the last minute I had a business trip come up, when the office called to confirm or cancel the appointment I called to cancel and the office was closed, so I called the next business day to reschedule, or try and make the normal appointment time, and they told me I was basically«fired» from the practice, and I could not ever come in for a appointment A total double standard… As a large business owner, I know this is not fair to treat people like this, and especially in the mental health field, that people should not be bullied by there health care providers, just to make a few extra bucks. I am thoroughly disappointed and saddened that a business in this day and time would act in this manner, and I urge all customers to find a provider who has there best interests in mind… Now I will go and find another provider and probably wait a couple of months again untreated! Simply put: as of now this company has acted unethically and immorally, for not allowing a patient the adequate means to reschedule a appointment, even though all the office guidelines were followed on the patients behalf, and for not seeing a patient who has waited over 2 months and needs treatment… I will keep you posted on the outcome of this companies actions from this point forward, but in the meantime stay clear of any healthcare provider who does not use ethics and morrals in there operating procedures…

Dr Charles Parker did to me very similar as Greg;s review. He showed interest and then sent me for an allergy test that costs 2000.00 dollars. I told him I live on a fixed income and Medicare will not cover that. He said sure it will. I go for the test and the even gal says Dr Parker knows the test is NOT covered. I suppose he just hopes people will cave and pay for it. I did report him to VDHP and they did an investigation. I then find out they filed on my credit report that I had money due from a date during the time I was seeing him. Well that is so ridiculous because anyone who goes to him knows full well you have to pay your balance in full BEFORE you even see anyone. All in all I was duped and received absolutely zero help for my depression that I was going there for. I had a horrible experience and lost money and suffered damage to my credit. Gee thanks Dr Parker. I am now been going to Dominion and seeing a different Dr and they are great.

Dr. Parker comes across as a genuine dr who is truly interested in assisting individuals. he’s very good at reading people and once he ropes you in, then he moves forward with setting you up for being a chump and giving in to his bogus, crap insistance on having a bunch on unecessary testing and a bunch of garbage supplements that you don’t need. Don’t get me wrong, my 87 year old mother was a nutritionist for over 40 years and worked with professional athletes. I take supplments. The bottom line…“Doctor” Parker is simply trying to feed his side business Core Psych. I went to him for assistance and I felt like I was going to Amway meetings or a used car dealership when I went to see him. I told moron boy that I had a good day(the day before my appt). His response… Well then, it looks like you’re fixed and you don’t need to see me anymore. I thought«Are you kidding me? Three visits and I was fine? I’m 100% confident that Dr Parker figured I wasn’t buying into his«con» so, he figured he’d kick me to the curb and go after another victim. Do yourself a BIG favor. Stay away from this quack and find a doctor who will have a sincere interest in helping you with your problem. Don’t spend the hundreds of dollars on hair testing and supplements to increase your neuro transmitters. Find a doctor that will help YOU and not work under alterior motives to line HIS pocket with YOUR money. You’ll end up walking away with the same problem and he’ll sit back with a smile on his face while he’s counting your money. Too bad he can’t buy some ethics. His Core Psych website even has a «membership» to join. of course, you have to pay for this too!
