Premier Laser Spa of Virginia Beach

Highly disappointed in this company! STRIKE 1-​I live in Richmond, VA and half-​way into my treatments, my location closed down without notice and I was forced to travel 2 hours (with traffic) to the VA Beach location. When I called to complain about this not being the agreement that I signed on for, I was spoken to very rudely and hung up on by the VA Beach staff. I complained to the manager and she made things right for the time being… Treatments were going well with Ashley but then with my 7^th treatment, Erin, with an unannounced student, came into the picture. STRIKE 2-​How this Erin lady could teach someone else how to do laser treatments, I will never understand. Worst experience! I am a breast cancer survivor and had a double mastectomy. I have a very high tolerance for pain but this person’s technique was horrible and VERY painful. When I said something to her, she ignored my concerns and continued to rush through the treatment with the same technique until I had to stop her because it was so painful. I have been a healthcare provider for over 10 years and I understand and expect that when a situation like this arises, the techs (or whatever they call themselves) should figure out a way to change up their technique to make it as comfortable as possible for the client. Instead, she blamed it on a menstrual cycle that I don’t have (due to my breast cancer) and had every excuse in the book instead of listening to the client… me…that she needed to switch up the way she was doing it. STRIKE 3-​when I called to complain to the manager, Kimberly, because I was concerned that she had a student shadowing her and teaching someone else this horrible technique, Kimberly did not listen to my concerns either. She defended Erin (again, with the cycle I don’t have!) even though I was the one that went through this very painful experience that I didn’t have with Ashley or any of the Richmond team (I saw 2 different people in the Richmond location). This is not the kind of service I would expect to receive after spending over 4K for these treatments. DO NOT go to Premier Laser unless you want unprofessional, low quality service!

The technicians here are extremely professional and well knowledgeable in their field. I’ve been going now for a bit and can honestly say I’m extremely happy! If you are looking to have hair removal I’d suggest coming here. You are their first priority from start to finish.

The staff here is amazing! Overall, the coordinators and technicians are so intelligent and accommodating. I love most how caring they are about my treatments! They want to make sure I am always as comfortable as possible. I was very concerned at first but they put my mind at ease. They keep up with my reduction and do exactly what is needed for best results.

This is such a great facility! It’s in a central location with convenient hours, is extremely clean and modern inside, and the staff is friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend this spa and its services to my friends and family.

Amazing amazing amazing!!! The staff here is just incredible! I had to go on Meds and they made sure to work the laser around appropriate dates so that it would still work. Always answered all of my questions. And the results have been fantastic! I went to a place before had a few sessions and saw absolutely nothing. I actually see a change in my hair here! I HIGHLY recommend them.

I went to Va Prem needing a touch up. The spa I used to go to closed. I was ready to sign up but sticker shock stopped me. They are offering 4 for 1. Four small areas for $ 2,910. They give financing and discount for cash. I really just wanted one area but they give you 4. What a deal. That’s about $ 3k. What does $ 3k buy you? A couch, part of a bathroom remodel, a nice trip-​whatever. For something that’s permanent but really not in my case since I already paid once, it’s time explore other options! For $ 29 more, they will touch you up for life but the base payment is till too much when I paid a third of that the first time around. And what if they aren’t around so I have to go through this yet again? The per cost treatment is $ 300 with no package. just think about it and know what you are and are not getting.

Awesome establishment! All staff members are extremely knowledgeable about services provided. Hair removal treatments are performed in a professional manner. I highly recommend using their services.
