Sephora definitely met my needs ~ I was looking for a specific deodorant LAVANILA that someone recommended plus I had some walk-in ‘kicks’ to claim via Shopkick. I found the deodorant with the help of your lovely & very nice expert who knew exactly where to go to find this product(there were only two). Honestly, I probably would have never found this Sephora had it not been for Shopkick & I am thrilled to have found this store AND found an awesome product which I love!

Great customer service! I am almost always greeted within seconds and asked if I need any help. They often do come back around and ask if you’re still doing OK, but never hover. I have pretty sensitive skin so there’s not much that I ever buy from here. However, I did end up falling in love with the Tarte Bön Voyage gift set. I did swatch most of the colors on my hand before I bought it. I thought the eyeshadow colors were beautiful, however I did have a reaction to them on my lids so I thought I was just flat out of luck of ever seeing the $ 60 I spent on it again. About a month later I came back in I was browsing again and explained what had happened. The young lady explained that as long as I still had my receipt she could return them for me at the full cost I paid. If I didn’t have the receipt I would just get credit. I went home and got everything together and took it back. I did feel bad about returning it, but no questions asked full refund. I will definitely return.

I never had a problem coming here until my most recent visit last week. I was greeted by this young girl(didn’t get her name) she seemed new. She came up to me right away when I was looking at makeup. I decided to check out skincare to change up my skin régime for the warmer weather. As I was browsing through, I noticed the girl«puppy guarding» the section I was at, as if is as being watched and followed. It made me feel very uncomfortable. She came up to me again asking if I needed help and I politely declined. I continue looking around the face serums and exfoliant and she continued to watch me and I caught her pretending to «organize» the masks and lotions. At the point I was tired of being followed and left the store disappointed. I never want to go back to this sephora again. It seems like the management here could use some work I don’t blame the new girl there. It’s not her fault, she seemed like she was doing what she was told to do. I don’t believe she would follow people around unless she was trained to do that. However, the person who is responsible for training needs to get it together.

This location in s a great alternative to the main sephora located on the other end of the mall, it’s tucked away in jc penny’s, it’s easier to get what you need and get out of there & avoid mall crowds… the only reason this location didn’t get 5 stars is because there was only one employee managing the whole location, she got caught up helping a mother/daughter and it kind of left the rest of the store unsupervised but there is no way to avoid that if you’re the only one there, I didn’t mind waiting a little longer while she finished up with them, she was super kind and helpful, and apologetic even though it totally wasn’t her fault. I’ll be back.

I love this sephora! I travel a lot, so I’ve been in many different stores. None of them compared to the customer service I experienced here! Idahlia(I know I didn’t spell that right) helped me out so much! When I went back, the manager was awesome too! Plus they were super sweet to my 3 year old son who was with me. I will definitely only be back here to this sephora :)))

Why does this place have one employee doing EVERYTHING? –I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. –I didn’t appreciate rude/impatient customers cutting in line. –No apologies from staff(I believe her name is Amanda) but she apologized to everyone else in line

Hmmmm… I was sure that I had written a review on this Sephora last December. Including details about the makeover I received then. Since I’ve been coming here for a while I’ll just give a brief overview. The makeover I had here was great. The guy that gave me a makeover was really personable. And it was from him that I learned that I could get free samples of the skincare products. He gave me samples of the Peter Thomas Roth products he used on me that day. There is a calendar somewhere of the makeover events going on. I was not aware of the events and the manager gave me reminder cards for the next several weeks of events. I’ve been here enough times that Idahlia recognizes me and greets me when I come in. Evey staff member that I have interacted with has been great and I enjoy the customer service here. I like the huge makeup selection and the wonderful fact that I can sample all of the colors before purchasing. FYI this is highly advisable when selecting a waterproof/budgeproof eyeliner. This is the place to be! Beauty Insider Love!
