They removed moisture from a car for us, and the work done on the car was okay and the brief encounter with guys in the back was pleasant enough. The bad part was dealing with the staff in the front office, who were thoroughly obnoxious. They had promised to call when the car was ready, but didn’t. They had said they’d help me get there to pick up the car, but didn’t.
The prices are high and the service highly uneven, so since there are lots of companies that do disaster restoration in the area there is no reason to use this company’s services.
