Great service every time I come to this location! The staff is always so helpful and nice and always have a smile on their faces! I love coming here!

Slowest Starbucks on earth!!! If you have time to wait for them to have conversations while you wait to order and more while they talk monks themselves instead of making you coffee then go here otherwise stay away stay far far away!

Closes earlier than their posted time. Unprofessional. They need to honor what they post as a closing time so they don’t waste people’s time. Also, all the other Starbucks in the area stay open until nine thirty PM. I regret coming to this Starbucks at all.

I’ve driven by here tons of times. Usually I was just in the wrong lane or not flowing the right way to get here. The location is only easily accessible from one direction. Today I was headed the right direction on Great neck and was determine to make it happen. The lot is not accessible from the shopping center so I parked near the street entrance but on the other side of the barrier and walked over. I never realized that this was a drive-​up/​walk-​up only location. My first experience with one of these. The cashier was very friendly. She tried to get the app scanner to work about 7 times with no luck. With the way S-​Bucks encourages using the app there should be so many issued with the scanner. The cashier told me that this was the worst scanner she has ever used. She apologized and typed in the card number from the app. My first Peppermint Moca! Short.
FYI I ordered my first short today. Shorts only cost a few cents less than a tall i.e. less than a dollar.

Horrible slow service. Long drive through — used the window and got ignored. 20 mins to get my coffee after almost walking away.
Emailed manager and got zero response. Poor service for a Starbucks when I always have great service at other locations.
Staff is horrible and manager proves to be as well.
Drink was poorly made on top of the wait.

just like the last coffee shop a great place for free Wifi and relax and drink coffee check it out.

This store has slowly been impressing me and today they won me over. They made me a great dolce latte soy and a freshly light roast brew. I hope you guys continue to always bring ur A game in making coffee. Rooting for y’all (;

Instead of going thru the drive thru, we walked up to the window. SLOW (no one but us at the window) and less than personable customer service. Starbucks employees are usually on point and friendly but this location is severely lacking — less than friendly employee D.
Only giving it 1 star because our drinks weren’t wrong.

Awwww yeaaaaah. My post-​eighteenth birthday ideology has always included Starbucks. When the whole, «you’re basic for drinking your Starbucks pumpkin spice skinny latte-​chino» crap was going on last fall; I didn’t even care, I was in the background fighting for equal rights for Starbucks lovers everywhere.
This Starbucks, located on the corner of VB Blvd. and Great Neck Rd., descended from the heavens apart overnight about a year ago. And, man, am I glad it did. This SBux used to be a nightmare for me to get into and boy, did I loathe it. But today I figured out another way to get in (well, basically, I found the main entrance) and now I’m happy with the geographical specifications of this place.
Reggie, the barista, always gives me killer service and gets my drink right every time (even though it’s a six-​step process to make my special drink). I, normally, think it’s redundant to review places like SBux or 7-​Eleven because they’re all so similar; but this place is awwwwesome.

Always on par with my complicated order. Employees are always pleasant and helpful when wanting to try something new. It’s very clear why they may be a bit pricey but lead their industry.

The best Starbucks I’ve been too. This place is seriously on another level compared to the other starbucks in the area.
The staff is genuinely nice and super polite and provide quick and excellent service. The drinks and food are the consistent Starbucks quality you expect everytime.
The actual place is cool that it’s walk up and drive through only but sometime I wish this place had at least some outdoor seating.

This is an extremely convenient location at the corner of N Great Neck and Virginia Beach Boulevard. As we find ourselves picking up our daughter from London Bridge Baptist and making routine trips to the nearby TJ Maxx store, we’re thankful. It’s also in the same plaza as my favorite sandwich spot, Philadelphia Cold Cuts.
Note that this is a drive through only location with no available inside seating or tables. I’m not sure if they’ll have available outside tables in the warm weather but I expect not just looking at the way the location is set up.
The service that I’ve gotten here has always been top notch. These are possibly some of the friendliest baristas that I’ve encountered at a Starbucks! My drinks have come out correctly every single time without exception and it’s always been fast! I’ll be coming back over and over!

Great place with a great atmosphere! Baristas are always friendly and attentive. They are extremely efficient too, don’t let the line discourage you. Thanks guys!
