This will be short: How the heck do you run out of bread when you bake your own? Won’t be back there again!

There are very few times in life when you walk into a shop and immediately get the sensation of being a mermaid. But this place does it for me. I walk in and feel like im on a beach. The heat is beating down on me. The overturned mop bucket water is lapping at my flip flops. And theres no one there to make me sandwiches. Ahh. The serenity of silence. Suddenly from below the sand bar pops a friendly dolphin. His nametag says TJ but his eyes sing to me the beauty of the Ocean. «EEEEEE!» he screams. Another one comes rushing out the back. Zach has seen me before and with more courtesy than I have received from either fast food workers OR their distant cousin the urchin he crafts the most MAGNIFICENTSALAD I HAVEEVERLAIDEYESON. FORREAL. Yes, they make your sandwiches fast almost every time. I personally am very unhappy with customer service here. Sam especially frustrated me with how impatient and rude he was. I even heard him mutter to another employee how stupid people are while he was handling my order. I will not be returning to this particular Subway, as there is another one about 2 miles in the opposite direction. Thanks, Sam, for weeding out my lunch options!

There is very little that I expect when eating fast food. But maybe my expectations are higher than most. So give me a clean well maintained restaurant, decent customer service and good food and all is right with the world. My son loves Subway, however this is one that we have only been to a few times. It is a pretty convenient location off North Hampton/Diamond Springs, but traffic during rush hour can make it difficult to get in and out. When walking in two employees were behind the counter and said zip. I ordered my son’s sandwich and the employee did not make eye contact or say anything. He did go to work on completing the order while the other employee waited at the cash register. Upon checking out no life at all from the cashier either. The place had no other customers and felt more like a morg than a eatery. However, it was a very clean atmosphere to receive poor service in any way. My son said the sandwich was good and no complaints with regard to this. I had to go up a few more times to buy some other items and the same interactions. I am sorry, but I expect a minimum level of customer service even from fast food and none was delivered at this Subway. Thank you for the good sandwich and clean dining room. On another visit I hope to get a more warm fuzzy feeling that the people who work here give a rats … about the customers they serve.
