Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt

My twin Niece and Nephew love going to this cute yogurt shop after school. I was down visiting them for 10 days and we went in everyday after school. The establishment has cute little seating for them and a TV to watch videos on. They also have a wonderful display of topping to choose from. When your walking out they also have a poster board up for them to draw on. I love how kid friendly it is here.
Did I mention the discounts they provide to Military? They also offer a double stamp card day too!
We will definitely be back when I visit again.

We go to Sweet Frog way too often. They have so many frozen yogurt choices and toppings. It’s so much cheaper than Skinny Dip and they have great deals like Military Monday and I think Tuesday you get double the amount of stamps on your card. It’s definitely worth trying.

Accompanying The Queen of Sweets, her Royal Court of Jesters. We sampled a variety of Yogurt flavors. We suspect that Candy Land’s Ginger Bread Family are the owners. The scrumptious Cake Batter was top pick to «FILL IT UP!» After passing through the topping bar it became very clear that there will NEVER be a big enough cup.
Everyone enjoyed their bowls of sweet spender!

Fantastic customer service! I think I went in like two minute before they closed but I didnt hear a single complaint and were still really friendly!

Coming from the frozen yogurt bar Mecca (Hawaii). This place blows every shop in Hawaii out of the water like the Yamato in 45′. I never expected this good of frozen yogurt to exist in Virginia of all places but I guess hipsters are popping up everywhere. With endless amounts of toppings. Ranging from mochi balls to dark chocolate shavings and delicious flavor selections like «Cake Batter, Cheesecake and Salted Caramel Corn» this is the one stop shop for a delicious not so nutritious cheap dessert that will make your kids go crazy (from more then just a sugar high). So with all of that being said I only have one problem with this place and it’s the employees who were working at the time. They were nowhere to be seen for our first 8 – 10 minutes inside. So we were left to just standing around and looking pretty due to the fact the sample cups weren’t out and if you put any minimal amount of FroYo (hipster slang for «frozen yogurt») in the actual cups and don’t like it then throw away they charge you $ 5. I would just walk out of the store rather then pay that ridiculous surcharge due to someone else’s lack of attention to their customers. I will definitely be coming back again to continue my pursuit of carbohydrate induced happiness. The FroYo makes up for the employee’s insolence. Murica’

This place wasn’t what I expected it to be. I expected more then 8 flavors for it to be all around Virginia Beach. I’ve been to a few independent owned yogurt places and had tons of flavors. So I know this place should offer more with their franchise.

Yummy frozen yogurt. And I like how they have three different sizes of cups to use. All the other places usually have only one, and some may have two, but this way you can fill the cup with the right amount of yogurt and toppings you want.

I have been to many Froyo places across the country and this is one of my favorites. The employees are very friendly and welcoming, it is very clean, kid and family friendly, great flavors and toppings and the two managers are great! They really listen to what customers want. The consistency of their yogurt is close to perfect as well! My family and I really like it there. If you are near the area, try it out! They also offer a military discount!

I came tonight with my wife, daughter and some friends. This place had a nice atmosphere and plenty of customers. There was no huge line or anything, but people were definitely there.
Frozen yogurt has become quite a craze, but Sweet Frog is one of the places that does it well: plenty of flavors, toppings bar with fresh fruit etc, helpful staff that have magical answers to all your froyo inquiries!
If you’ve not been to Sweet Frog yet, you need to drop by and see what the fuss is about! Yum!

Small place and difficult to find the parking lot. A tad expensive for frozen yogurt.
Having said that, it’s awesome. So much more options than skinny dip in terms of toppings. Fat free yogurt options and fruit toppings make it even better.
Or you can go the compete opposite and turn into a whale!
I’d definitely go back. For me, this is a meal replacement, not a side dish. View it like that and you’ll be okay with the prices.

I was like another reviewer in that I felt like I was cheating on Skinny Dip by coming in here but I’ve been meaning to try Sweet Frog for a while… well, I loved it. The inside of the store is very clean and welcoming, the décor is minimal but very very nice.
They have TONS more add-​ins which are also organized much more clearly and easier to utilize and see. Their flavors were delicious and they had a ton of combinations you could make or try on your own.
This time I got the cake batter and cookies and cream swirled together. There were many other flavors I wanted to try, like strawberry and banana swirl and coconut and fudge but I don’t like to mix a bunch together, a swirl is bad enough for me. These two flavors were very good on their own but swirled together they were delicious and though there were tons of options for toppings I chose only a scoopful of wet nuts in maple syrup and rainbow sprinkles.
But I can’t wait to try some of their other yummy flavors next time!
It was absolutely delicious and I know I’ll be coming here often from now on.

This is another one of my favorite frozen yogurt shops in Virginia Beach. They always have a great selection of items to choose from. They also have a frequent visitor card, so after 10 stamps, you can get a free yogurt.

This place is my new obsession. Anyone who likes frozen yogurt and candy would agree, because those 2 things go fabulously together. Also, I am pregnant so I’m here like twice a week to fulfill my ridiculous cravings. I’m pretty sure the employees know my name too and whether or not that is a good or bad thing, I don’t really give a shit. Anyhow, this place looks like a child’s’ bedroom exploded and I am totally cool with that because when I walk in it makes me smile. They usually have about 14 flavors of frozen deliciousness to choose from, and a fully stocked bar filled with assorted candies, cereals, chocolates and fruit. They also have hot caramel and fudge, Nutella and marshmallow cream to add onto your creation. Fyes. Its clean and bright and everytime I come in here they thank me, like my presence was the best part of their whole day. Thank you for making me feel important, Sweet Frog. I love you too.

Two girls working were great. We showed up 5 min before close, not knowing it was closing. After realizing what time they close the girls insisted we stay and get some yogurt. The flavors and toppings were delicious and they have an amazing military discount.

Organized, Delicious, and they have a Nutella Dispenser. What more does one need in a froyo joint? They also have a fantastic military discount.
