The service is terrible. I am currently here and have been waiting for 45 minutes for my sandwich. The waitress brought me a sandwich at 30 minutes, but it was the wrong one. This place isn’t even busy, there are maybe 4 other people, all of whom are also waiting.
Thinking about going back there and making my own sandwich…
This sandwich better be out of this world.
… It wasn’t worth the wait.

Found this place on Unilocal while on a trip to VA Beach! Great local place. Lots of food choices. Fresh, clean food. Great for a quick bite at the beach. Very close to the VA Beach Convention Center.

French dip is one of my favorite sandwiches. Based on the other reviews I drove out here to give it a try. It wasn’t terrible but I won’t go out of the way to eat here again.

After driving by this place a bunch of times, and reading the reviews on Unilocal,my fiancé picked us up a 10th Street club for us to share for dinner.
The sub looked alright, decent size and the avocados looked fresh. On first bite the honey mustard was way overbearing, probably because it was slathered on ever slice of bread. To try to help save the meal, I took off the top slice of bread. Only to find a fly smashed into the cheese of the sandwich. Welp, there went my appetite!
The only thing that saved them is the nice service.

Really phenomenal local deli right off of the oceanfront. Everything is very customizable as you’d expect from a good deli, and everything tastes great. We had 6 people plus two babies — praise from everyone for the meatloaf, tuna salad, Cuban, and dip sandwiches. Combo adds chips or a cold side plus a drink and cookie for a few extra dollars, which is absolutely worth it. A bit cramped inside (only four 4-​tops plus one 6-​top) in what feels like a wide hallway, so if you’re a big group, do takeout instead. We managed to put together three tables on the patio, but if they’d been busier or if it had been colder, that wouldn’t have worked.
Only downside — no fresh drinks of any sort (no fountain, no fresh tea, etc) — it’s all bottles in a case, none of which are unsweet tea, if that’s your preference.

First time eating here, ordered the Bella, 10th st. Club, and the veggie wrap. All of ten were amazing, friendly staff and menu has tons options! Buy and support local! Will be back!

The food here is a 5 star great dryly food and large portions. Well worth the money. Service is friendly but the girl that took my order should have written it down. She basically got everything wrong. Not a big deal but that cost Tad a star. Try the smoked marlin or any of the Game fish salads. Pricey but worth it. Small dining area but doesn’t feel small. Sit outside and watch people bike by.

Food was pretty good, The lady cleaning tables was very friendly and personable. I wasn’t expecting to pay $ 35 for deli eats and they were maybe a little understaffed. Overall an ok place.

I love this place. My favorite sandwich is the New Yorker. Great portions. Delicious pickles and consistently tasty. Only minus on this place is if they have too many customers they are very slow and don’t do your order correctly, so be sure to check it! But the food is great.

Hits the spot as a casual grab-​and-​go place for quality deli sandwiches. Best to order in advance, since lines and wait times can build up sometimes, especially during summer.
I can recommend their BBQ sandwiches, both pork and chicken, which come with coleslaw and hot sauce; and their 10th Street Club (turkey, avocado, honey mustard, etc.) I’ve seen friends and family have positive experiences with the Californian, the veggie wrap and also the Cuban (though apparently it’s «not a real Cuban.»)
I’ve only ordered takeout here, and have never felt compelled to sit down for a meal, but they do offer seating both indoors and outside. There’s nothing really noteworthy about the atmosphere. It’s a laid-​back shop, a little worn down, that seems geared more toward locals than tourists.

If you are in VB this should be a lunch stop for you. Ohh this place definitely gets 5 starts… vale, quality, and timely… I forgot the food was amazing.
Totally a deli style restaurant with both food service and carry out deli items! All the locals eat here and in a tourist town you know that means this is where you want to be for value and flavor.
The server was absolutely friendly handled the pressure of the busy lunch crowd with ease and served us all in less then 10 minutes… but don’t call this place fast food ;)

Got the 10th St sandwich and it was amazing! Fast courteous service. Alfalfa sprouts, honey mustard, and avocado are my favorite on any sandwich which made this place on point!

Food was decent nothing spectacular. I had the turkey and roast beef sandwich. For a family of four we spent $ 42.00. My wife had the Cuban which was really good and my son had the Italian hot sub. Over all just ok. We all got the bag lunch special. Only drinks they had where canned or bottles. No fresh brewed sweet tea or unsweetened.

Really great spot for lunch! The Dip and the Italian were both delicious. The prices were really fair, and the service was very good. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, though there isn’t too many tables for either, but even though it was 3 pm or so on a Saturday they weren’t too busy and had plenty of open tables. We thoroughly enjoyed it, and I’m sure we’ll swing back by for lunch again when we’re out that way.

Great sandwiches, good beer, and very fair prices. Haven’t had anything that was delicious. Breakfast is also really good.
Bonus!!! It’s next to the Jr market which always has epic people watching!
