I ended up being cheated by the coach. He would tell us he wasn’t showing up or that the owner booked the gym for an entire softball team during my son’s one on one session that was already paid for. Then he wouldn’t even reschedule me for those missed days. He’d take a vacation or would not allow us to reschedule for missed sessions due to holidays or his own unpredictable schedule… all after pre-paying. I wouldn’t invite my worst enemy to come here!
