They are rude, and not helpful in this store. Lacking in basic customer service. I will not shop there again.

I love this little shop. They have a great fabric selection and their prices are very reasonable. This is a must go if you are in the Hampton Roads area and looking to spruce up your home.

I was very pleased with the attention of the clerks who had a very thorough knowledge of their textiles, trim, etc which are in the store. They were a big help getting together samples for me to look at to redo some dining room chairs. They even had an upholsterer who offerred very good prices to do teh work after I had chosen the material. I couldn’t be happier wtih the knowledge, attention to detail and their prices.
