Friendly customer service, reasonable prices. For those of you turned off by the other comments I would say that I have to say that my experience has always been very pleasant.

This UPS is in the shopping center with Farm Fresh (I think it’s referred to as Collins Square). So the location is not bad for Town Center users. They carry additional supplies like envelopes, bubble wrap, stamps, etc. They also offer printing services like copies, faxing, binding. The staff is friendly enough, but it gets crazy around the holidays. UPS prices are kinda high for shipping though.

Went in to get some print of a recent canvas I painted. I’ve worked in a ups store for years and my mother owns a store so I know them fairly well but moved from Maine to Virginia.
The lady was polite but was not knowledgable on printing. She told me she would be able to print because it would have lie flat. Which I knew she just was not knowledgeable in printing so I didn’t want to have her make my copies even if I had corrected her. But then when I asked if she knew of a different printing place I could go to to make copies she said no. Her advice instead was to take a picture. «If you take a picture with a really good camera, you sometimes don’t even know the difference it just looks like a good picture. That’s what me and my sister sometimes do for stuff.»
My advice is to train your employed to make prints or don’t advertise print services.

Came here to ship stuff from VA to HI, and the customer service was good. The lady was very helpful in getting me what I needed very fast. We also got a letter notarized, quick and painless.
Came here a second time to ship to a military address and it was also quick and painless. Both times I came here there were no customers so I was in and out. I came here during the lunch hours both times, and liked that I didn’t have to be here too long.

The most unfriendly women I have come across in a small business. She acted as though she did not want any customers, demanded that I take my package to the back of the store behind the counter which I think it was up to her to do. She then stated I did not need a receipt, but after I insisted two times she printed one out. If at all possible I would avoid this store. There is a fed ex a block away I’ll try that next time I have a package to ship.
