I always come here for smoothies and I am never disappointed. If you don’t like all of the sugar you can ask for half or none like I do. Their sandwiches and wraps are descent as well. It’s affordable healthy food on the fast. I love coming here when I’m in a rush. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. My favorites the banana chia and triple berry oat.

Great employees with a wonderful attitude!!! Besides being properly greeted as you come up to the register, they are all smiling and willing to answer your curious questions.

If I have the smoothies without sugar/​splenda, they’re great! But sometimes they forget and it becomes too sweet for my liking. I’ll stick with my homemade smoothies.
The items other than smoothies are pretty awesome. They’ve had their hands in a number of things from bowls to sliders and they’ve all been terrific!

I’m generally a pretty big fan of Tropical Smoothie Café, especially when I’m in a hurry. I stopped in today for lunch, and ordered the cranberry chicken salad sandwich and an avocalada smoothie. This location is tiny! The line was literally backed up to the door when I came in, and lots of people were milling around, creating a pretty crowded customer area. Despite the number of customers, service was relatively quick.
The most disappointing part of this experience today was the sandwich. I’ve had it many times before and have always enjoyed it, but today there was so little chicken salad on my sandwich that half of it was only bread. What a letdown to anticipate chicken salad and half of your bites are just… dry toast. Boo.
On the other hand, the avocalada smoothie was really, really good.

I walked into the Tropical Smoothie in Kemps River today and immediately thought, «Oh great… I’m gonna be waiting forever for my food. The place was PACKED. I briefly thought about going somewhere else for lunch, but then I would have to walk allllll the way back to my car and drive somewhere else. I decided to stay and order.
I ordered a hummus wrap and an island green smoothie. Within minutes, I received my order! I did not expect to get my order that fast! My meal was excellent… I will definitely come back to this location again!

I usually buy a smoothie and a wrap at this location, but the smoothies are never consistent. They either aren’t blended fully or it is very watery. I let it not bother me, so I still buy at this location when I’m in the area. However, I don’t think I will be returning here.
It was not busy today, but the employees took way too long to put the food out. This lady and I were waiting longer than we should have for our food. I was able to observe how my food was made & when finished. I thought they were ready to call out my order, but it was in the plastic, left on top of the oven. Then the employee went to the back, I guess to get the chips, but did not come out for a while. It bothered me how long it took when barely anyone was there. To top it off, the way some of them handled the foods that were «to-​go» was bothersome. Not very welcoming either when you enter through their doors. Idk, maybe they’re all having a bad day. Won’t be returning at this location anymore. Different day, same results.

Great smoothies. Huge variety of flavors. I like that they refresh the Smoothi menu occasionally. Only once have I ever seen them give free samples of their new smoothies and it was the one that had beets in it. I’m glad they gave a free sample because I did not like it at all.
They had a sandwich years ago that I just loved. But it someplace they stop carrying it. I tried many of the other sandwiches and wraps but nothing ever really replaced it. So I come here for smoothies but not so much for the food because I have not found many of the sandwiches, wraps, salads I tried impressive.
This location gets very very busy at lunch because of the customers coming from surrounding businesses some of which are in the shopping center. If you come at lunchtime expect to wait in a long line. Also expect to be pleased with your smoothie.
This location has an outdoor eating area two tables and a few chairs.

It’s a great place for smoothies but I don’t like that the only offer two flavors for the children’s smoothies. Would love it of they have all the flavors available in a child’s size.

They usually make a pretty good smoothie, but when I visited on March 4^th, I got a Hawaiian Breeze that tasted like water. I think it wasn’t fresh and had been sitting in the blender for a while. Will give this location one more shot, but if I get another watery smoothie, I’ll be switching to another location…

Normally good but today was just ok. Late opening, chicken pesto was a little dry, but at least the smoothie was good.
