Hey listen, this is a great U-​Haul! They go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Especially the manager Dawn Kubiak arranged for a U-​Box I had in Newport News with my belongings to be moved to this location at a reasonable price. Then I kept my stuff in storage in the U-​Box at Plaza Trail for more than 6 months and they let me access the box from time to time for items when needed. I know customer service and good service when I see it and these folks know how to provide it. Again, Dawn Kubiak is a great employee for this company and for the customer.

Friendly staff, quick service. When I need a truck, I usually go here and I’m in and out quick.
Manager even recommended a couple highly reputable moving company’s that can assist with moves.

Kept my stuff here in a couple of pods for about 6 months. I was a pain in the neck customer always stopping by to access them but the staff never gave me any grief about it. The manager Dawn helped me with all my needs and was very helpful.
