I’ve been here quite a few times over the past few years. I’ve always gotten my phones from here since I got my first phone with Verizon, except for the last time because I was in another part of the city when I was looking at other carriers at the time. One of the biggest issues I’ve had at this location overall is the excessive wait times just to get with someone there. There are times where the wait was over two hours. Also, when changing phones, Verizon(regardless of location I’ve been to) tends to not tell you if something else has changed automatically, such as removing the unlimited data or lowering the limit without even saying anything. One of the reasons I stay with Verizon is that I get additional discounts on my monthly bill and accessories which is a nice feature to have. They also tend to have one of the best networks out there as well. In general, the staff here are willing to help you and get everything you need. Overall, this is a good place and gets a three star rating from me as there’s nothing that I’ve seen about going above and beyond. However, they ultimately get done what needs to get done.

I have been coming to this store for 2 years now and have received very professional and upfront service each time. While I did witness some brief tension between a verizon employee and a customer,(the employee should have been a bit more courteous) I was greeted with a smile! Maybe it was because I had a cute baby with me! I have always gotten better information from the staff in the store than the verizon call center. The folks on the call center are friendly but don’t always give the best information. Everyone at this store gave me great service and we are sure to be back.

Awful customer service. I waited over an hour to see an associate. Verizon is only the biggest cell service because of their network. The associates don’t know anything about phones. The one guy didn’t even know what the moto x maker was. Clearly he’s an idiot. If I didn’t have unlimited data I wouldn’t be with Verizon. I would trade the service here for the service I got in Michigan. I am also highly disappointed with their accessories. Most of them are cheaper or ridiculously high price, don’t even have the accessories designed for certain phones.

The sales rep I spoke to today was about as rude as they get… after ringing me up for my new phone he explained to me that I was losing my unlimited data because I was upgrading, I explained that I could not get rid of my unlimited data and his response was then you are not getting a new phone, period. This guy talked down to me the entire time I was in there, you bet I will be cancelling my verizon and going with sprint

I know Verizon stores, or any phone store for that matter, always leaves you in a bad mood but this visit was very different. I did go at an off time(Tuesday At 1:00) but was immediately seen by the tech desk. The guy that helped me was Josh Lemaster. He is one of the supervisors. He was incredibly nice, funny, made me laugh(which the mood I was in, was nearly impossible!), knowledgeable, and listened to what I had to say and what problems I was having. He ordered me another IPhone as a replacement because my speaker went out and I was in and out in no more than ten minutes! Not to mention, it cost me $ 0!(And I don’t have the extra«damage» coverage thing either.) This guy was awesome and needs a raise!!! :)
