Wendy’s

Just at 10 minutes in drive thru. had not paid for order so we just left. girl at window seem to be having a problem with a person in the car or having a grand old time anyway with them meanwhile there are cars standing in line waiting to get their orders. not a very good sign of fast food if you asked me.

I love this particular Wendy’s for the fast service and friendly staff. We eat here regularly and they always get the orders correct (and we tend to customize).

I came here for a good meal. I always enjoy Wendy’s chili. I know how they make it too; I use to work for them. :)
Not only did I get the chili but their new bacon fondue fries too; and chicken nuggets with creamy siracha dipping sauce. It all tasted so good.

They are super slow for fast food… u might as go to a sit down restaurant. across the street from tcc was tight on time for class. from work thru 5 o’clock traffic… thought I’d grab something to eat so I’m not hungry in class… wrong move from ordering to getting my food 17 – 20 minutes… I went in because the driveway wasn’t moving… I see the employee making my sandwich… and she is putting each item to the sandwich in slow motion like she wasnt sure if she was building a burger or was building a… um a burger… children stop the drug use… while talking to other employees then brings my food to the counter like sorry for the wait… smh ??

06÷29÷15 This particular Wendy’s is the worst at night. Workers move so slow they’re like in slow motion. I simply ordered an asian cashew chicken salad half size to go at 10:10pm, I stood there for about 6 min & i finally asked the cashier to get my order. He then turned to another coworker frying fries & asked if she could take care of my salad that was sitting on the counter. The coworker refuses and told the cashier (Cornelius) it his job & vice versa. Then the black manager finally took over, gave my order & did not even apologize. I walked out frustrated that it took 8 min to get my salad. Cornelius did apologize as I walked out.
This will be my last time im buying food at any Wendy’s locations.

This place… let me tell you. I wanted to complain multiple time but never had the platform to do so until now. The food is always good for what it is fast food. The problem I have with this particular Wendy’s is the awful customer service. Not consistent in any way whatsoever. The thing is its not every time just about half of the time. I go here a few times a week so I can say that. Half time they snatch my form of payment without so much as a peep and don’t respond to my thank you or have a nice day. Multiple times they have silently handed me my food and shut the window without any type of verbal exchange. Only for me to have to sit there and wave my hands in the air like an idiot because they didn’t even give me my drink or another key element to my order ie napkins or sauces I was so very considerate and ordered ahead of time to try to make it a smooth as poasible transaction. Very snappy… look I understand I worked in fast food for my first job. But at least let your customer know they exist or give them the opportunity to ask for anything they may need that you didn’t give them because you didn’t do your job. I know certian jobs can suck your soul but don’t punish the customer.

One of the best and modern Wendy’s in town. They open late hours too. And the employees are friendly. But on buzzy hours you could be waiting on drive thru for about 30 minutes. Because they be so buzzy sometime

This Wendy’s is at the entrance to my neighborhood, so I visit it on a fairly regular basis when I want to grab that quick Junior Bacon Cheeseburger.
The short and simple: This Wendy’s has always been FAST on service. They are also consistently accurate. Their customer service inside, and the drive-​thru has been superb.
The store was completely renovated inside and out back in 2012. Personally I love the stonework look. The interior of the store with the fireplace and etc makes it more like a place you could sit down and relax for a bit. I’m definitely a fan of this New Generation style of Wendy’s.

Not open for breakfast as their hours on Unilocal describe. Definitely a let down as their breakfast is pretty good. That’s a big problem with these fast food chains that try stuff I don’t stick with it. It leaves the customer hanging

Is this really a Wendy’s?
It not too often that I rate a fast food place 5 stars but this place doesn’t even feel like you eating at a Wendy’s I’ve NEVER seen a fast food place so clean! I really like the gas fireplace and the chairs around it gives you that warm inviting feeling to the place. And then there was the ordering line. How cool it’s set up almost like a Panera Bread. You order and then walk down a few get and pick up you food. It definitely makes for less customers crowding the counter waiting for food. The soda machines are cool too the only business I ever remember seeing them all the time was at Firehouse Subs and since a few years ago a lot of other places are finally catching on to these amazing soda wonders.
Now on to the food. Needless to say I wasn’t very hungry this visit and just had a frosty in the dining area. I’ve always enjoyed there food. The biggest competition from these fast food places is aways the fries! Oh yes the fries, I’m my opinion and some may think otherwise but the fries are very good and I would rate them #2 just under Sonic’s fries #1. And then of course the other less notable mentions of Burger King and then lastly Mickey D’s.
**Overall nothing bad whatsoever about this location. I can’t wait to return to this place again for that warm welcoming feeling you get coming here.

Burgers through the drive through at this location of for this stop. It was seriously fast, as it should be. And yes, they put the napkins in there for me!
This location has breakfast and they serve it until 10:30 AM. Note that the dining room closes at midnight though the pick up window is open until 2.

This I by far the cleanest Wendy’s I have ever been to. Everything from the service to the quality of food is outstanding. I was a little dumbfounded by the drink machine (it’s one of the ones with like 150 drink options). Being that I live right by it I rarely eat inside. I use the drive thru frequently and the food is still as if I went to a «sit down and order» place. Like I said earlier, one of the cleanest and most well maintained Wendy’s I have ever been to. Besides, who can get enough Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers!!!

So many flies!!! I have never seen so many flies in a restaurant before. It was absolutely disgusting. Big flies flying around the entire restaurant and hoards of baby flies around the drink/​condiment/​napkin area. They also forgot my kid’s frosty. I had to wait about 10 minutes for it.

I don’t normally frequent chains, but sometimes a girl doesn’t feel like cooking and spend lots of $$. This location is newly renovated (as aforementioned) and constantly hopping. Plus they have the new fancy schmancy Coke machine that lets you choose your own adventure… errr, flavor profile. The place looks great and it’s no longer a Wendy’s location I try to avoid but choose to visit. Like Lance mentioned, there are a ton of new things that are available like the baked goods & coffee.
With more of a lodgey feel to it, you don’t feel like you’re eating in a nicer fast food point.

This Wendy’s is pretty fly with the new renovations!

I felt compelled to come bump this up a star after the renovations because the new place looks great! This Wendy’s has the usual fare for a Wendy’s but they have added a few things that make this one worth checking out. It’s the best Wendy’s I have ever been in… ever.
First, the place has been modernized with the renovations, so it is aesthetically pleasing. Second, they now have some great looking desserts. Though we didn’t order dessert, they had cookies, brownies, muffins, and some kind of cinnamon roll things. I was proud of my restraint for not ordering something.
Finally, and this is SO freaking cool, the coke machine has over 100 options of different flavored sodas. You can get the usual coke, sprite, etc. But, you can also get cherry sprite, peach sprite, vanilla sprite, and a few other sprites. The same for fanta (try the peach!!), coke, diet coke. It’s all digital, so you just push the buttons for the foundation flavor (i.e., sprite, coke, diet coke) and then the various flavor options are presented to you. Perhaps you have seen this new coke fountain dispenser? I hadn’t until tonight and I can’t wait to go back. Seriously, I want to go back just for soda… right now as I type this.
The only downside to the new joint is it was packed. My wife was upset that people actually were in there! It used to be pretty slow with the old design, so the crowds are a new addition which I am sure is great for the owners. Not so great for a family of hermits like us. But, I will deal with people just to have peach fanta again.
