Very clean and well secured been storing with them since 2007 always been greeted with a smiling face. Rates are competitive and very reasonable. Thanks Value Store it!

Not a bad place, not a bad location ! Prices aren’t too bad either, all things considered. The facility is air conditioned too, which is a big plus to me (and most !) I feel comfortable with my stuff here, because it’s in a very safe neighborhood. That’s very important and a nice piece of mind. This place is HUGE, too.
The only con I can really come up with is the fact that it’s literally right on 36 street/​62 ave, making the right turn onto 36 street VERY dangerous and difficult to see. It’s one of things that are hard to explain, but you notice first hand, quickly. Be very careful leaving, especially if you are driving a big moving van or something.
I recommend it though, especially if you’re in Virginia Gardens/​Miami Springs. Heck, even Doral and you’re still good to go !

So we moved from a big house in Washington state to a quaint condo on the water… needless to say we had to store some of our stuff. After a couple of hours surfing and comparing we found Value Store It. The place is great. The units are clean, the people are professional and it still feels a little like a small business owner runs it.
We got a 5X10 for 69.99 a month with the 1st month free for signing on for 12 months. Also, they have a moving truck you can have on move in day for free, although you do have to buy insurance $ 14 and fill the tank back up when your done. if you only drive 25 miles round trip you don’t have to pay for miles.
Also, there is a gal there, Martha, who is super helpful and tries her best to find the best deal and unit for you. If you need storage go to this place and check it out.
