If this is the Anna and Elsa with their pictures on a van I just needed to let everyone know who they are REALLY hiring. I serviced two women in their work van and they were EXTREMELY EXTREMELY rude. Super rude. I literally couldn’t believe that someone could be this rude and work with children. Please don’t waste money on people who will be fake with you. I was appalled by their attitudes. And to the ladies in that van… you were awfully rude and inconsiderate and for next time at least be smart enough to get your ass out of your work van before insulting people.

Thank you so much for the experience. All the kids loved spiderman just to see their happy faces and excitement was good enough for me. My son was scared at first but spiderman talked to him and was able to get him to relax and have fun and when he got home from preschool he couldn’t stop showing me his spiderman moves and shooting webs. Spiderman was super nice and was able to work with my schedule. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are reliable and incredible at what they do. Spiderman interacted with all the kids and took a picture with every single one. He was energetic and very experienced at what he does and working with children. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was beyond what I thought would happen. Everyone had a great time and I can’t thank you enough for the great experience.

My daughter loved her visit from Tinkerbell so much! It was a priceless memory for us all. Truly made her day special. A little miss-​communication in the beginning with setting up the date/​details, but overall great experience.

A wonderful company! Their characters are so authentic! I have seen many other children’s party characters that just don’t impress! These guys are the real deal! They are reliable, have every detail thought out and put on a great show! I appreciated the conformation phone call before hand, and also the day of the party! Great customer service, and very organized! I My daughter and her little friends really believed that Cinderella was their new friend and had made them all princesses like her! I also love the values she taught them about kindness and friendship! This was just so adorable!!! I will definitely hire them again! My little girl wants to meet all of the princesses now!!! Thank you for making my little girl feel so special on her Birthday!!!

They tried to get a lot of information from me and I was very impressed, initally. But, later I got continous phone calls reconfirming same details taking a lot of phone time. On the day of the party in the am, I was called to change plans which seemed like they were trying to convince to so that it would work with their schedule so they don’t have to send someone from a distance to my party. I agreed and it was helpful that the cost came down some and the character that was being sent was one that my child loves. Then, when it was time for the party a different character called me stating she was sent to the party. I was quite upset and furious with the lack of professionalism by this business. I requested that someone else be sent and mainly because I was upset at how things were being organized when it was supposed to be a happy occasion for me I was dealing with all this at the last minute. After playing phone tag, I was told the owner was going thru some personal issues and thus this was the excuse I was given. I said then that I would like someone to come as my children were waiting on this. I really did a lot of research and was depending on entertainment for the kids at my party and I was extremely disappointed at the last minute as the owner couldn’t convince anyone else to come over to entertain the kids — even the person who had originally come and was the wrong one. I am suprised that she couldn’t convice the young woman to come play her part even if it meant driving just another half hour as she had turned back already. Extremely disappointing and heartbreaking for the kids. I will not consider this company again and do not recommend it at all even if this was a one time thing, it is not excusable at all to be a disappointment to someone’s important event especially to disappoint children.
Other info: they ask for $ 50 for travel which doesn’t make sense when their cost to begin is very high and a deposit of $ 75, total cost is anywhere from $ 230 – 350 depending on what you want.
