I did not see the place before the remodel so I can only talk about my recent experience. It is really cool, wasn’t crowded on a Saturday night, which was surprising to me. They had a cosmic bowling aka glow in the dark bowling with music videos projected on the back walls with music playing throughout. You pay at the front counter and no need to give a shoe, you keep both your shoes. I didn’t buy any drinks or food but I did see groups buying pitchers of beer. I was there till about 12am.

I haven’t been here in over a year and i just love what did to this place! Completely remodel! Love it! We came back on 9÷19÷15 for family day… My son asked for the no light play and this is what we get. When my son ask to shut the lights it was do to elite player!!(really i just dropped 100 bucks) i am not elite?

Go early on a Sunday afternoon to beat the league rush. Half the lanes were dark with the use of black lights, and the other half were brightly lit. The temperature is on the cooler side, so it’s nice and comfortable to play or watch others bowl. Service is great, ask for bumpers if you have children. They also have bowling balls as small as xx small.

Monday night at 10 is Service Industry night… We had a blast. If you work in customer service just bring them your work badge or paycheck stub. You just buy a food or drink and get to bowl until 1 am for free. Staff was helpful and friendly. Our whole crew is coming back in on Monday.

Terrible service. Understaffed on a Sunday. They took my order for a pizza, popcorn & nachos. Without telling me they cancelled my order because apparently they ran out of pizza sauce. So I never got my nachos or popcorn. They service lines were extremely long and management didn’t seem too involved. I do not recommend having a kids party here.

Called for reservation and they wanted $ 50.00 just to reserve a lane. When asked if there were lanes open if we came right away, they said yes. When we got there we had to wait over an hour because they were having a tournament. There were currently open lanes but they said they were saving them for the people in the tournament. Staff was rude and condescending. We will not come back!

Went last night after a tournament was over. The line had at least 8 people in front of us, moved very slowly, finally got up to get a lane to be told by the VERYRUDE girl working that it would be 20 – 30 minutes wait. I asked why because there were at least 13 lanes wide open and her response was«she needed to check people in first, then she has to call them back up to pay for their lane. After 30 minutes waiting with STILL all 13 lanes available, I went back up to the same rude girl & asked when could she check us in to pay for our lane & bowl, her response«when people stop asking her questions and the phone stops ringing. UNBELIEVABLE. When we complained to the Manager, her response was your the 3rd person within 10 minutes that has complained about her &DIDNOTHING. We bowl league here my fiancé twice a week & me once a week, which is $ 45 per week for the 3 leagues. WE will definitely reconsider if we will bowl here next year winter league UNLESSYOU get better help with better Customer Service Skills.

If your into bowling and don’t really have plans on anything to do, it’s cool to kill a few hours and knock down some pins. We came here on several occasions when my wife bought some deals from groupon.

This review is based on the customer service we received from this place. The girl at the front register made it obvious that she didn’t want to be at work with her rude demeanor and obvious attitude. 30 minutes after we paid for a kids meal I asked when it would be done, she couldn’t find my ticket and said«it’ll be out in a few minutes»… Another 20 minutes later she passes by with a tray full of fried food and drops off our plate that contained only TWO lukewarm chicken tenders and a small handful of fries. I didn’t understand why it took so long until I realized she waited for the order that was placed after I asked to make and serve us because it was convenient for her. I don’t think we’ll be purchasing food from here again.

Haiku bowling review: With finite options // I throw things across the room // Better than nothing Slightly overpriced, but not a horrible experience. I’m not a fan of bowling, and only really end up here when invited. At least it’s something interesting to do in the area on a weekend night. The beer pitchers really make the experience tolerable(maybe it will help you with your game, too).

Labor Day weekend. 8:30pm on a Sunday night. It was pretty packed. The line seemed to take forever! we waited in line for at least 15 minutes. There were only 5 couples ahead of us. We paid $ 56 for 4 people to bowl(includes shoe rental). There were NO balls left. Most of the 30 something lanes had several balls each. We had to search for awhile but we ended up finding a few. Patrons control the music. We had a good time. Since there’s not much to do in Visalia, we’ll probably go back

So I’m a bowler in this house almost every night. Lanes are good, waitresses are consistent, food and beer EXPENSIVE! Just one complaint really, it’s air conditioner needs fixing every summer and it’s way too hot to bowl! Rather wise this place is a decent place to bring family and friends!

Nice place to go with friends. The times I have been here its never been very crowded. If you give them your email or address, they sometimes send you coupons or specials that you can bring to the lanes and get like a free game or a discounted game for your party. It’s pretty cool!

Cosmic bowling starts here at 10 pm on saturdays. Bowling is always a good time with friends but this place will rape your wallet. Since there isnt much to do now adays with out spending an arm and a leg this bowling alley is fun. Visalia is not capital of places with stuff to do so this is a welcomed place to go on saturday nights if clubbing isnt your thing.

I don’t bowl often, so it goes without saying that when I do I like to have the most enjoyable experience possible. Each time I visit family and friends in Tulare, we drink white russians and throw strikes at Amf Visalia because we know it’s guaranteed fun. On our last visit, we wandered in after nine on a Saturday and were surprised(although we probably shouldn’t have been) to find a line stretching almost the length of a bowling lane. Fortunately, we were treated to some speedy service from the friendly manager and moved over to a lane as fast as possible. With all the positive vibes, it wasn’t hard for me to throw rocks down their well-maintained lanes. There was one downside: The bartender was demanding a license he could swipe in order to verify my age, and I have a temporary I.D. card because of the state backlog for new I.D.‘s. I know he’s got to play by the rules, but c’mon. I look old and my I.D. is valid. I wonder what he would have done if I brought my passport?

Been here many times with my brother and his girlfriend and have always had fun… the only gripe I have is that they always run out of the large 12lb balls!!! So that pretty much throws my entire game!!! Are always handing out free coupons for free games and shoe rentals which keeps me coming back. On fridays and saturdays after 9pm it turns in to «glow-in-the-dark bowling» which is pretty cool… they turn the music up hella loud so if feels like your in a club… i likey! Drinking and bowling though… not a match made in heaven… ;p
