Bought a pair of Uggs for my wife here last Christmas. Nathan helped my wife and was very kind and attentive, suggesting other styles that she initially wasn’t interested in but ended up buying! Located in downtown Visalia, one of the only place in town that sells these sort of shoes… danskos, Birks, Uggs. I think the place in the mall also sells, but has a smaller selection.

I went here with my boyfriend to purchase a pair of dress shoes for him. We browsed for a few minutes until he found the pair that he wanted. The 2 employees that were working that day were taking to their friends. The employees knew we were waiting to be helped, but continued talking to their friends instead of taking a few minutes to get us our shoes so we could leave. We waited for thirty minutes to be helped, but the employees paid NO attention to us. We ended up leaving empty handed and went to Sears instead (where we were helped right away.) We won’t be returning to Brown’s due to the employees lack of customer service skills. They missed out on a $ 200+ sale.
