I’ve been here twice in the past 4 years. I def am not a regular but being that i have sons, they are not into stuffed animals as much. But yesterdays visit made me think that i could come more often. Especially since my 6 year old son was so excited to get his build-a-bear. I gave him a budget because the little accessory items you would want to buy are not cheap. My son got a black bear for $ 16, plus the tmnt Michaelango mask & nun-chucks for another $ 16. So basically its like going to Disneyland for a toy. He also wanted a few more accessories but i told him to save his allowances so we can come back & buy them. Honestly the prices are not that bad, & no one is pressuring you to buy anything except your own kids. Its the experiences you are providing your children that are important. Your childs visit will usually go like this: you get to pick your special«bear», & then the stuffing ladies allow you to pick how soft you want the bear. & then you can help stuff the bear by stepping on a special peddle. You add the bears fabric heart, & they sew him up. You can wash, & brush the bear, play dress up, & make its very own«birth cerificate», where you would name your bear. The ladies working the stuffing machines are so nice, cheeeful, happy, and helpful. And the other staff were awesome. I was very impressed with their attitudes. And they gave me the information i needed during our visit. I also got on the email mailing list, & got a few coupons for next visit. They also offer birthday parties but i have never been to one or had one.
