The owner will work with you to make sure everything is right. The quality of the cards and graphics are better than any that i’ve ever had. I get positive comments when I hand out my business cards.

This is the first review I have ever posted on Unilocal; I’ve been using this website for years. I paid approx $ 80 for 500 business cards w/my agency’s emblem in gold foil. What I thought would be a simple and painless process turned out to be a mess. After I faxed in my order, I went back and forth with someone in their design department — she kept emailing me proofs with mismatched fonts and inconsistent capitalization(i.e., ALLCAPS in some places but then no caps in other places). I should have taken that as a sign and bailed, but unfortunately, i did not. When I received the cards in the mail, I was shocked. The cards look cheap; the ink is faint, the paper is thin, and the typeset is unsophisticated & frankly, embarrassing. It look like I ran paper through a laser printer at Kinko’s, and then cut it up. The paper the card is on is their«standard» stock; it was lighter & more flimsy in comparison to every other business card in my wallet. I called upon receipt of the cards & tried to talk with the manager(male). He pulled up my order and was able to see the order history and a copy of the proof. He was hostile, told me that it was my fault since I «customized» it(I didn’t want ALLCAPS), and therefore, it was my problem. I asked him how not having text in ALLCAPS related to shoddy printing or cheap flimsy paper; he again said it was my problem. When I attempted to discuss this further, he said, and I quote: «This is the faintest typeset I’ve ever seen.» I asked how then, how could this have passed muster, and inquired if they had any type of quality control or review? He again told me it was my problem. I am NOT an expert in paper, design, or anything related to this; I expected that they would not ship a product if it had«the faintest typeset» the manager has«ever seen.» He said he would gladly take my order for new cards. DONOTUSETHEM! I am going to order from the merchant I used last time, which was cheaper and better. Not sure why I gambled with these people. 500 cards are going into the shredder.

For reasonably-priced, high-quality foil-stamped & embossed business cards, this is the place to go. The more cards you order(i.e. if you can get your colleagues to order cards also), the cheaper it is, and the quality of their product is excellent. Unfortunately, they don’t have a Website so you’ll have to call them and have them fax you an order form(if you work for a government agency, there’s a good chance they have your seal on file). But if you shop around you’ll find that their prices are the best. Check out other reviews at .
