I had great customer service since day one! We had a nasty black widow problem. It was so bad I didn’t even want my children outside to play. I haven’t seen a single widow since there first spray. The man assigned to us is very nice and always asks where I think the problem areas are so he double makes sure to get them. I also called because of ants in our den(I didn’t notice them before) and he was back out first thing Monday. The employees seem to really care about their clients. Even when explaining the different contracts they offer, he gave me some time to speak to my husband about our options and was extremely patient and polite. I’m glad we went with Clarks!

I’m probably rushing this review, as my first service with Clark was this morning. I just got out of a year contract with another company — their stuff was not controlling the«water bugs»(roaches) in my yard. My home is clean and it was far from an infestation, but it was enough to be bothersome seeing roaches in my yard in the evenings. I called one other pest service before Clarks(one highly rated on Google), and the woman who answered the phone was short with me. Basically«here’s your price are you interested» type of treatment. The man who helped me at Clarks was thorough and friendly. He actually took time to ask what bugs I was seeing, asked for some details on my home and assured me they could take care of my roach problem. Tech was out this morning. I signed up, he sprayed, found one problem area off toward the street, sprayed, and I watched the roaches scurry away and die.(They were hiding in an area where a tree root had lifted the cement barrier on my and my neighbors yard).He lifted the meter covers in the yard and sprayed in there, where he found more. Sprayed yard, bushes, took care of webs, etc. mind you, my last service with the prior guys(who came every three months), was just two weeks ago, and was supposed to control the bugs for three months. Price is very fair. they come every two months, and told me if I see any bugs they will come out right away to spray again between service appointments. I will update this review in the future if I am not satisfied for any reason — but from what I’ve seen so far, they’ve already gone above and beyond what my prior pest control service did.

Went from Orkin to Clark’s last year, and the service was fine until one day the employee who was supposed to come spray just did not show up. No call for several days either. Finally got fed up and went to cancel service. The office staff were rude to me when I paid the final bill, and then I had this particular location’s supervisor call me after I got home to ask why I canceled their services, and then asked if I would reconsider them again. Don’t think so. The customer shouldn’t be telling the company how their employees should work — be on time, communicate, etc.

Have had they’re service for years and have been very happy. But I called today about the addition of a puppy to our household and asked about flea and tick spraying. I was completely blown off, saying she didn’t know and would tell the technician. I asked that someone call me and she said ok. Problem is I said my name and address so fast there is no way she wrote it down. Feeling uneasy… :(
