This place blows!!! I use to like coming here for something different, but today when I walked in the asshole at the register was rude and everything I wanted to order was off the menu, they need to change their advertisements because nothing on the site is sold in stores… this place use to set themselves apart from all the others but I don’t think I’ll come back Scotty’s is better

Not the same owner and defenetly not the same donuts. Just another donut shop with no taste or creativity. What a disappointment.

Every now and then, my fiancé and I like to treat ourselves to donuts. Since we just moved to Visalia, we weren’t sure where to go for donuts, but we found this place on Unilocal and were enticed by the«Man Donut.» Unfortunately, they were all out the first time we went. So, the very next day, I woke up super early and got there at 5:30AM to get a couple. My fiancé and I were impressed both days we got donuts! The donuts were big, soft and fluffy, and the flavors were awesome! The staff was patient with us since we wanted to take our time to look at everything. We ate in the first day and got their combo of a drink, chili dog, and donut. The prices were right, and the 15% check in discount made it even better! This will definitely be our donut spot in Visalia! So glad it’s walking distance from us!

WOW why does this place not have better reviews??? The employees are always really kind, and they are the best donuts in the Central Valley! My personal favorite is the blueberry donut. If I could eat here everyday without gaining 50 pounds, I would.

Delicious food! Okay service, I have yet to encounter a friendly face there but the donuts & biscuits /gravy are so good I can over look not being greeted or thanked lol Tip: donut hole kabobs are perfect for the kids & cost next to nothing :)

I’ve eaten my share of donuts and have been to big name«Food Network» places like Top Pot Donuts(Seattle) and I always compare them with Donut Factory here in Visalia and the home team always wins hands down! Not only do they taste the best, but the creativity and variety make you almost excited to see what’s behind the glass each time you’re there. Anyone giving this place less than 5 stars just hasn’t tried enough donut shops, period.

I have lived in Visalia for 2 years now, and ever since I moved here I have been getting donuts from Donut Factory. Of course, it probably has to do with the fact that they are literally 2 minutes from my house… but that’s besides the point. Their donuts really are great tasting and they have a pretty big selection to choose from. Not to mention all of the coffees and drinks they have, and other goodies too! The people in there are always polite and friendly. The donuts do seem a bit bigger than most places, which is why two regular glazed donuts cost about $ 1.50, whereas most places charge .50 cents for them. But, I digress. I like coming here and not once have I received a bad donut in the last 2 years. Good job, Donut Factory! Keep up the excellent work!

in between a Bob’s(SF) and a Voodoo(PDX)… semi fancy creations, good flavor and moisture. the apple fritters… too dense though. the dough needs to rise/fluff more for my taste. i also did more raised donuts than cake style.

I’ve attempted to enjoy their many creative donuts but, I am surprised that I need to say things to the employees about hygiene. Good flavor and inventive donuts are never enjoyed when people play with their hair, rub their face and handle cash prior to grabbing donuts with their bare hands. Have you not heard of tongs, wax paper, or gloves? I have just walked out AGAIN, without a purchase! You would think that a good business owner in the food industry would know a little something about cleanliness. Donuts-To-Go, here we come!

I love the selection that is ever changing. I’m not a fan of the man donut but that’s my issue not theirs! Yum! Website is fantastic.

Fun and cute donuts. Surprise to find a good donut shop. Love watching them make the donuts. New fav and I liked how there were enough donuts by noon.

I’ve had donuts here a couple times, and each time they have only been OK at best. Last time we went the lady at the counter was very rude. This is not a donut shop that will be a regular stop, even if it is close to our home.

Stopped by to check out this donut place. The donuts were pretty good, and the guy that helped me was really nice. I got a maple bar, chocolate round, and a cookie monster, but I forgot to ask if they had blueberry. The cookie monster was probably my favorite of the three, and it wasn’t overly sweet like I thought it might be. I have to compare the chocolate round to that of Scotty’s, and Scotty’s wins by a landslide. It’s not because the DF one was bad, but Scotty’s is just that good. I’d come back here if it’s on my way and try the blueberry, and hopefully they’ll have Butterfinger or something fancy like that.

It was ok. Service was excellent considering the place was closing in thirty minutes. I had a regular donut with chocolate and strawberry frosting. My husband had a german chocolate donut. He complained his was dry. Mine was fairly good, it wasn’t dry and I liked the combination of the frosting, so I was happy. But I don’t think I’ll return just cause its to far from my home. Honestly I was expecting more from this place. Like really killer donuts. But I think I’ll stick to scotty’s.

I needed(ok, really wanted) donuts for an office meeting. I used the ‘contact us’ form on the website to place my order, got a reply from Sara within 10 minutes to confirm and voila!, Sara appeared at the office at 7:30 this morning with my four dozen donuts. And she’ll be back tomorrow with another two dozen — what a find! An office of 80 donut-afficionados are over the moon. Delicious donuts, free delivery. We are big fans.

The donut holes were very good but just a tad over cooked. The blueberry was yummy! The maple bacon was okay but not like the original in Portland which is often copied. They were very friendly.

I’m a little old fashioned and prefer traditional donuts, however you won’t be disappointed if you’re looking for creative donuts. Give them a try if you’re in the area.

I wish Merced had a donut place like this. If you are tired of the same boring donut that are offer in many places, then you will be excited to hear that they have bacon maple bar!!! Do not knock it until you try it. It was a sweet savory yet salty taste. The bacon was almost like a strip of candy, I kid you not. For sure my favorite there. Everything is fresh and fluffy, not to mention the owners are super sweet!

WOW!!! Been waiting for this place to open and this morning it was everything I expected and more. Donuts are moist and being made fresh right in front of you. Donuts are rich, more cake-like very flavorful!!! Donut balls on skewers topped with chocolate glaze made for a fun and unique twist on eating. The«Bacon Maple» is one to try!!! Coffee was excellent and staff was warm and friendly!!!
